I want a girl from a big family! Families! Let three generations live together! . So that when I came home from work, my son-in-law would take my jacket, my daughter-in-law would invite me to dinner, the children would run and play, my wife's parents would ask me how the day was, and with my wife... with my wife you could only retire in a hotel...
You're crazy! That’s how I imagine the perfect life of a guy from Gautama’s orphanage, who grew up a long time ago, but did not change his dream of a big family for anything else. And he approaches the girls with the only criterion - that the family was large and everyone lived in the same house. He was obsessed with that idea. And it does not matter whether she was already married, whether she has children, crooked her, humpback, etc., etc. Gautam grew up an orphan, he lacks a family. Well, you can do that. And one day he meets a nice girl Vaisha, a future doctor, who has just such a family. And of course, together with Vaishu, he acquires a problem in the face of her father, who, just like that, wants a husband for Vaishu with a bunch of relatives, motivating this by saying that the daughter will not be lonely in the house of her husband – people... at least shoot. Oddly enough, Gautam does not go against the father, although it is in South Indian cinema all the time, and agrees with all the father's arguments, and even Vaishu comes to the wedding - just to prove his father how good and correct he is. Dad's Gautamina's the right guy, and he's half a movie freaking out. Makes sense, I would say. Everyone is crying in the corners, no one dares to do something cardinal (like running away from home). Longing.
This situation is ridiculous (well, in my opinion) is solved, of course. Everyone will get what they deserve, but this is already at the very end of the film, when the viewer will get tired of empathizing with the characters. This moment (experiences and mental throwing) is too long. But with new faces, it can be tolerated. Actually, for the sake of new faces, I sat down for this film. Nara Rohit is a nice guy, never seen before, a figure, of course, unsportsmanlike, but the eyes are beautiful. This is his second film, the first film is not voiced, but I read that it received good reviews from critics. Not bad for a newcomer, given the fact that he comes from a family of politicians. His partner Nisha Agarwal is the younger sister of the well-known Kajal Agarwal. And here's what I want to say - that the younger sister is no worse than the older one, I would even say she is more sophisticated. It looks great and the actress is not bad.
Prakash Raj (something recently I stumble upon him in every YI film) has the role of the same father who put sticks in the wheels of lovers. He has such roles in the sea, I did not see anything new there, but he played well - he is always good and convincing. Sayaji Shinde also plays both disgusting gangsters and fathers of families alike. Not his best performance, normal.
In general, a good movie for evening viewing, not a drama, of course, melodrama is ordinary. But it touches. Perhaps this is facilitated by the music of Mani Sharma. I liked the songs, most of all – Na Prema Kathaku, a tenacious song like this.
Of course, I recommend it to lovers of melodramas.
