Confrontation of violators and law enforcement officers Movie 2013 Company D A film collection of 3 novels, shot by 3rd directors. An unusual film, which is presented as 3 stories of struggle. I would argue about the struggle, although 1 novella shows the work of communist agitators among the rural poor, which can be quite defined as a struggle using Bolshevik vocabulary.
I would define the main conflict of the film as the confrontation of violators and law enforcement, and the theme of the film as a set of methods by which the police solve the problem of crime. I would also note the gradational component of the film, which is clearly traced and emphasized here. With incremental amplification, police work is portrayed from the cruel and unjust in No. 1 to the cunning and clever in the latter. Also consistently, with the strengthening of the feature, criminals, members of the so-called D-Company - the generalized world of crime are shown.
Bolivian Diary 1995 In the impoverished villages of Kerala, the communist propagandist Chowkidar appeared, agitating peasants for civil rights against the rich and the authorities. He is wanted by police under the command of the sadistic Commissioner Chakravarty, who brutally cracks down on supporters of that. But the peasants loyal to Choukidar do not betray their leader, even under death threats. The cruel Chakravarti declares war on the peasants for the sake of calm of the authorities.
Gangs of Vadakkumnatana. The oligarch Malaya has been killed. His son instructs Inspector Akbar to find the killers and the missing money. He and his team go to Kerala, the rich man’s home state, and so pits various gangs that a ruthless criminal war breaks out, in which everyone dies, including the wives and children of bandits. The oligarch’s killers and money seem to have been found, and the truth and the ends are carefully hidden. The state has become much calmer, and the leadership of Akbar is satisfied.
Judgment Day. A doctor lives in a villa with a mentally ill wife. Trying to treat her and suffering terribly because of her condition. All friends sympathize with him, considering him a caring spouse. As a result of the accident, the patient dies. And all of a sudden, the police begin to suspect the inconsolable spouse, trying to prove that he was involved in the death of his wife. 2 investigators: a man and a woman - lead a complex and cunning game with the suspect, as a result of which the doctor begins to get nervous.
This is how the Indian guards of order are consistently presented to us by artistic means. Violent sadists in No. 1, who fight not criminals but civilians for refusing to help capture a communist who also did no harm. The lawlessness of the authorities and lawlessness.
Equally violent but also cunning corrupt cops are depicted in the novella N2. They almost do not kill themselves, but contribute to bandit showdowns and with pleasure from the outside watch them perform their work to maintain law and order. And finally, we see honest and intelligent lawyers in No. 3, where the true evil is exposed and punished.
So, I would like to say elegantly, but this is an inaccurate word for this picture, the masks have been gradually removed from both the guards of the law and the criminals. It is clear that the faces of both are diverse - police and thieves, so to speak. The first won everywhere, the second also lost everywhere. The law triumphs, vice is punished.
But it is not only us, the audience, but even some of the characters, who start thinking about the moral side of the struggle between good and evil. And the good here is doubtful, allowing innocent victims, or even killing them. And evil is sometimes innocent, or not at all guilty, or sympathetic. But good is justified by lawfulness, commitment to order and security, and evil is always illegal and recurrent in the future if with impunity. This is such a difficult, controversial idea I see in this crime drama.
I liked F. Fasil, whom I saw for the first time, but heard a lot. The others are nothing special. The film itself, with subtitles, does not look simple, it is not entertaining or entertaining.
