I will begin with the fact that I am extremely disappointed with the audience’s assessment, and in the future I will try to challenge it:
One of the main advantages is that despite the limitation of series from 1 to 6 minutes, the series keeps in suspense no worse than larger-budget blockbusters, in such a small volume fits a whole story filled with a spectrum of emotions and fascinating plot twists.
- The narration, each series is a separate story, in no way related to the rest, the series shows often “household” situations and troubles of the Dark Knight, showing them from an unusual angle. In one episode, Batman breaks his nose for the first time, which in his case is akin to “loss of virginity”, according to Alfred, and in another, we witness the reflection that the Crusader in the Cloak is a vessel of memories of dead people, their fates, which he will always keep in himself.
Picture: black and white animated comic, each episode was drawn by a separate artist
A good animated series that puts the story at the forefront, perfectly showing and revealing characters in such a short time, in my opinion, underestimated and deprived of the attention of the viewer, lost in the backyard of 2008.
