Sitting Zinuli Koptyaeva Difficult impressions of the film. On the one hand, you empathize with the heroine in her defense of her sense of justice, they are so emotionally strongly and absolutely clearly represented by Yevgenia Glushenko. After all, often even now, the thoughtless desire to “just work”, without observing certain “rules of communication”, by developing some own rules, remember the phrase: “How much effort it cost me to restore order ...” leads an employee to a conflict with a client or employer, an employee or a state official.
But there is another side, which is well characterized by the films of the previous period: Burn, My Star (1957), Night Shift (1970). In the plots of these films, there is also a conflict between workers and superiors, against the background of not the ability to negotiate, and therefore not the ability to lead. Only those conflicts were resolved without detriment and the plots were aimed at preventing losses in the economy due to human characters. In the picture discussed, the losses are spoken in passing - you fall out, break - the main emphasis is on the feelings and emotions of GG. If we judge the heroine from the position of the mentioned films, then in the dry residue: she made a conflict with the employee plus arranged a great tantrum, tearing the team away from production goals. No, I do not justify the hero of Gostyukhin - he is here to be blamed even more than anyone - as a more responsible leader. But the heroine behaves completely in opposition to that society and how strangely consonant with its slide along the plane of Perestroika to the abyss of the “free market” – I feel (I want), give me no delay! The question arises if you demand relations in the production style of the Komsomol members of the 30-50s - where is your environment, where the community created by you and supporting you, as much as you want to resist this outrage in the organization of work? And she is not against the organization, she is for her pride and her understanding of justice. Unit-zero, said the Poet, and here correctly showing the complexity, bias, trends in relationships in society (namely, the relationship at work was then the overwhelming part of these relationships), the authors make a completely wrong logical leap to the conclusion about the necessary ways of their decisions, too simple to be correct.
And I see in the picture the problem of correlating the self, the personal relations of production necessity, the state of society and its goals. This problem is not solved correctly by the authors.
