Yeah, I miss the days of Unsnatched Bride 2 and Saffron Color. Sid, wake up! . . "
As for my beloved Siddharth, I don't mind. Where is that Siddu with a piercing look and cute dimples, who struck . . . the don in the heel and everyone else in the hypochondrium somewhere? Nowhere. Grew up. And he doesn't play those roles anymore. I mean, the boys are late to play. How old are you, what are you doing? Yeah, no need to crucify. Maybe this movie is so bad, and I'm already writing Sid off. I don't, God knows, I don't. I want him to smoothly move into another age actor category, without losing his charisma and charm, as well as dignity. I have nothing to judge by. No material. They don’t make movies like they did. Apparently, people felt something too. For “The National Route” is a film with a completely spoiled love line. I was really freaked out by the end of the screening, and I was waiting — well, now, it's about to start. Nah, it hasn't started. There was no limit to disappointment. After all, everyone knows how Siddhart can make love on the screen and what he can do with a partner (within decency, of course). And here is a wooden robot-buratino in one bottle. So I wanted to grab him and knock his head on the nearest fence, saying: “Hey, what are you doing, you are a disabled man’s part or so all right, already sick!”. You're a man, after all, or a wobla dried! You do not need to touch your hands - at least show that your beloved woman is with you. I'm afraid it wouldn't have helped him. I got the impression that he didn’t like the movie, his partner didn’t like it, and in general, he doesn’t like what he’s doing well in his 30s either. The guy's depressed. We need treatment. And the attempts to portray love on the part of the girl against the background of a bullied Sid were really pathetic. Eh! .
The plot in brief: the love of a simple boy-carrier (Sid) and a ministerial daughter (the girl I see for the first time), her abduction on the eve of coming of age and the task for a ruthless police officer (Kay Menon) to find a couple before midnight, before the girl has entered into legal rights to dispose of her life. NH4 is the name of the Bangalore-Chennai route where the chase takes place. The film could claim the title of road movie, because there is a lot of movement, some useless and chaotic, especially in the first part, when it is not yet very clear whether this girl was taken away by force or she left the house herself. Dad's minister is a scumbag. Anyone who looks will understand. K.K. here, by the way, in my opinion, is the only one who didn't slob and did his best. A controversial character, this actor has many such roles, here is no exception.
Although, perhaps, I expected too much from this movie – I missed Sid and the atmosphere that surrounded him in his early works. And if you do not bother and look for the sake of unloading the brain, it is quite watchable. Sid was so no, especially at the beginning of the film, that I even began to think that there will be an unexpected plot twist, where the hero will declare to the heroine that, they say, he does not love her in fact, and stole from his daddy solely for revenge or some other hidden motive, money, for example. Ahn no. Love is true. Only a very strange love. Hidden deep beneath the cloth. So deep, I wanted to fight Sid. And when I reached the boiling point, it began to “break through”. It was near the end when one of his friends went to the hospital. That’s when he was “hit” and I almost whistled with happiness! Because of the last ten minutes, it's worth watching all this nonsense. Therefore, I highly appreciate the film, although it is more than mediocre, Sid - a direct path to a psychologist and good screenwriters - to solve the problem of middle age, and I will continue to live and hope that I will see in his eyes the same shine, and on his face - the satisfaction of playing in a worthwhile film. Sid, good luck!
Pooh. Si. Found on the Internet "Midnight Children" in voiceover. Maybe he won't disappoint me.
