Believe in “daddy’s daughter”, in “Timurovets” and the fact that some children are not given to be actors The previous work of amateur director Oleg Zakharov was an anti-alcoholic advertisement “Don’t drink while driving”. Apparently, the guy decided not to stop there and advertise this time the Novosibirsk sanatorium and health camp "Timurovets". For greater persuasiveness, the star of the TV sitcom “Daddy’s Daughter” Miroslav Karpovich was invited to participate. To play here in exactly the same scene. Which didn't last more than a minute. And after the credits, briefly say that Timurovets is the best camp on earth. Well, you understand her invaluable contribution, right? Nope.
So, the plot is simple as three chopped pennies. There are many children who need to prepare for a holiday. In addition, Miroslava Karpovich is expected to arrive (here she is in the role of herself), but it is presented as if Madonna herself will appear on tour.
The camp little ones (yes, I don’t like the younger generation) are divided into two teams – “Leaders” and “Fantazers”. The faint-hearted “Leaders” immediately begins to mock the dreamy “Fantazers”, where a gambling girl dominates, who, if she wants, could give the head of the first team to the face from the foot, but wherever there, we must whine and whine, so that the effect of watching the film is most disgusting. However, the dull lady comes up with another tricky move: let the aki “trump in the sleeve” in their team perform... a guest star of the STS channel.
It seemed that the ultimate goal was set, now it is necessary to build an event path to it in order to arrange a loud battle for the first place in the competition at the end. Otherwise, why call a short film so pathetic, if not to imply the morality that true winners are born in a great struggle, where no one gives up without a fight?
And then the girl, desperate, covered her face with her hands and wept... But one of the fighters came up to her, tightly squeezed his shoulder and said: “Believe in yourself!”, and then the girl, realizing all the responsibility for the work started, rose from her knees, straightened herself, wiped her tears, pulled back the curtain and went on stage ...
But Zakharov absolutely does not care about the climax and the final. In fact, all ten minutes of timekeeping is just a preparation for the main character and her friend to finally get to the great, unsurpassed, inimitable Karpovich, having survived the machinations of the damned enemies, and then... Shh! I'm not even gonna tell you. Just: "Pshhh!"
However, my position would not have been so adamantly cruel if it had been a non-existent scenario. You look at the children's "play." Of course, none of them are obliged to take classes in the acting circle, but this is not a reason to give indulgences. Children express themselves so wretchedly and cardboardly as if they had been instructed not to believe in what they say. All these sometimes complicated phrases, pronounced at the barrel of a speech therapist's gun, straight from somewhere with an imaginary script paper; all these overly clamped or played reactions; all this through-the-top conviction that "we are doing the right thing" when it looks like a disaster from the outside. I think the problem is that Zakharov just loves children too much. Too pampering. He doesn't want a good result. He wants everyone to be happy at the shooting stage. Do you think this approach is professional? I doubt it.
As a result, we get ten ridiculous minutes of some stupid and ridiculous story, suitable as a novel for Boris Grachevsky’s Yeralash, but in no other way looking. All the necessary clues that could turn this opus into a full-fledged mini-plot and also fully transfer the script basis to the screen were ignored by the entire film crew, so they shriveled, withered and died like mice in a well.
There is nothing left. Nothing, top-to-bottom flavoured with clean skits.
