Snow Maiden stops the epidemic of Santa Claus The following short film by Alexander Filipovich and Vyacheslav Bugaiov after “The Horror of Chupacabra” (at the time of writing the review on “KinoPoisk” for some reason only Filipovich is listed, but not the essence) is again devoted to light horror, this time – New Year’s.
And the technical part of the film was well shot. The directors themselves boasted in one of the videos on "U-Tube", that they used only modern equipment, endured the wind and cold, restored the lost storyboard from memory - in general, well done. For amateur thrash, they tried their best.
But, alas, the plot here could have been better. “Happy Dead Year!” is not a story or even a case in life, but a sketch. And so short and uninitiative that you want to independently supplement it, develop the potential to acceptable heights, pay tribute to the idea, lame because of the unfinished basis on both legs.
What else can we expect from six minutes? Weak excuses. Six minutes is a field for someone to do. And someone prefers to be saturated with such a very modest breakdown, not foreshadowing special pleasure for the brain, but giving the eyes a couple of good shots.
