Run, live, smart, change your style! What associations do you have with the theme of child-parent relationships in movies? Surely, most often think of any dramas-melodramas, or teenage comedies. But what if Noboru Iguchi himself took up such a topic and had fun with it from the heart? Well, from the heart... Not that much. But his "Girl submachine gun" he definitely could not surpass!
In general, We have rather a comedy thriller with habits for a good grindhouse, telling how a crowd of guys broke down to save their loved ones who fell into the clutches of the intruder. The main storyline is built around an egotistical, scumbag and simply ungrateful son-Tamur Naoto, who risks his own life, tries to save his mother, and along with this, transforms into a good person, while other players finally begin to lose either human appearance or liters of blood inside themselves! In fact, during their deadly run, there will naturally be many deaths, accompanied by exclusively black humor, to which they will be attached - cheerful chases, fights, as well as a love line.
The storytelling and development of the plot will be somewhat different from the traditional style - absurd banter in the best traditions of the film company "Sushi Typhoon", for which you love Iguchi and his colleagues so much, because a more mundane story is striking than "The Squad of Mutant Girls" or "Sushi Zombie", so during the viewing you involuntarily wonder - is this really a film by Noboru Iguchi? The dynamics are also sometimes lacking, which makes the film seem a little dull in some places. In addition, it can be noted that all the fake blood was replaced with computer blood, so now you will not see those wonderful red fountains beating with an endless stream of dummies. Maybe it was another attempt by the director to make the film more mundane, but alas, the good old fountains will always look at the height! Anyway, in any case, I am glad that Noboru is ready to change his style and not to trample in a one-sided genre, so this development of his directorial abilities is very much in his face.
In the end, we can say that the film is generally good. The good old clip of actors that are constantly starring in Iguchi films is back together. The main message is very much in the subject, and the blood flying near it (even if it is a computer) also lifts the mood. It remains to wish the great director further creative success, the return of the good old sham, coupled with a more driven development of events, and then there will be no price for his work! And so, in general, I am pleased with the viewing, for which I want to say thank you from the heart, and put the film
