Where dreams lead I accidentally came across this movie. The plot seemed interesting, although the actors are little known to me, but still decided to watch.
I think the movie is a little long. Like a comedy a little out of reach, few original jokes, everything was already somewhere. Although the actors tried their best. The songs are good, incendiary, melodic, with a Western touch. Philosophical thought is present that dreams are dreams, but family is still more expensive. Beautiful landscapes, bright outfits, good dance performances. But something was missing. I thought I wanted to rewind.
Businessman P.P. is happily married to a very religious lady, he has an adult son who is going to get married. Live and rejoice, it seems! But our hero cherishes a dream: to meet the beloved Bollywood star Shania. That's the chance he gets. She travels to live with him in a traditional Indian family, preparing for a new role. But here's the problem: where to put your wife and child, so as not to interfere? What will come of all this?
Ram Kapoor tried. It turned out well. Not very funny, but not a failure either. In principle, the image of a family man who is secretly in love with the dream of many has succeeded.
This is the first time I've seen Evelyn Sharma. P.P.'s daughter-in-law. In my opinion, I was a little unable to open up in the role of the “old woman”, but she is not an actress in the film itself, so this can be ignored. It's just my nagging.
Navdeep Chhabra did not enter the role delightfully, but did not replay. That's fine.
Sunny Leone saw her in King Singh 2. I liked her here and there. I was really surprised when I found out she was in an adult movie. This is an unexpected discovery for me. But now the Indian actress is an exemplary wife and starred in Bollywood in good films.
In general, the film is for one time. I won't reconsider. I think that if we had worked on the script and written more funny jokes and came up with interesting situations, it could have turned out very, very good. It's very average.
