euro-detective Gloomy, sometimes a little boring, strong psychological Euro-detective. There is nothing to do with a Russian footballer. Why this detail was introduced is not entirely clear to me. It could be some kind of marketing trick by the creators.
The main character is a policeman with a bunch of skeletons in the closet and torn by family and personal problems gets into a tangle of crimes that have a political background. He looks more like a pawn, although quite dangerous. He breaks to his goal like a bull, while remaining a man correct and acting according to concepts.
A lot of secondary characters and small details. You have to look carefully. But since there is a lot of action, you can figure it out.
The actors play well. The atmosphere is quite tense and correct.
The series was pretty self-contained. Watched with interest, but the movie is clearly not quite for easy viewing. Although I liked the movie, there was a stone in my heart. I wouldn’t be watching the second season right now. I would definitely be interested in the future.
