The worst Yakut horror film I watched the first one and it left a mixed impression, so why did I decide to watch the second one? I was drawn to a very well-made trailer, and then an impressive poster of the film, which I thought, "Wow, maybe even better than the first one." A fatal mistake.
Pros.
1. The fate of the heroes of the first part is clarified. The first part had a partially open final, because of which I had only to guess the fate of the characters. In the second, the situation became clear.
Cons.
1. Plot. According to the description for the film, I expected to see some kind of slasher (because there are many elements), or just an atmospheric film, but no! The whole plot (like 80% of the entire film) is a trip to this very Nahara. And the highlights shown in the trailer, began only in the 55th (!) minute of the film. This is a deception of the viewer.
2. Acting. In the first part, the actors at least some emotions squeezed out of themselves, here a complete failure. The actors do not try at all, and the characters are so annoying that you wish them a speedy death, but time goes by and no one even thinks of dying.
3. Language. The actors themselves do not know what language to speak, and in the end there are situations when one speaks Yakut and the other answers in Russian. But it is even more annoying when the hero begins a sentence in Yakut and ends in Russian (or vice versa).
4. Footage from the first part. Okay, they showed a couple of minutes of the first part of the film, and the same amount later, but inserting the best scenes of the first part every 5-6 minutes is already a mockery of the viewer. I saw the first part, I know what was there, do not need 4 minutes to retell its plot. I saw this monster and my grandmother too.
5. Music. One or two melodies that come together. The first 7 minutes is still tolerable, but then the music just gets boring, and in the end it is generally annoying.
6. Tightness. 5 minutes drive by car, stop, talk for 3 minutes, then go again. The first part was also delayed, but not to the same extent.
7. A villain. In addition to the poster, the villain is shown the unfortunate 4 seconds. 4 seconds of screen time on the villain from the poster. It's a mockery. About the disclosure of the villain and his connection with the first part, I am silent. It's not.
8. Ending. In the first part, the ending was somewhat open. The ending here is not clear at all. There are some left-wing ladies in it. There is also a hint of a possible sequel: “Naahara 3”, but the third part, as far as I know, was never removed.
Bottom line: a waste of time. This film is worse than all the famous Yakut horror films I have seen. Naakhara 2 is worse than the Death Path, worse than Paranormal Yakutsk, even worse than the dull Cursed Land. This is the worst Yakut horror movie, and also one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Another film from the category "How not to make a movie". You can look at the first part, and stay as far away from the second as possible.
