From time to time, there is something useful among the C-class horror films. Unfortunately, "Death on Stage" is not the case.
First, you need to identify the few advantages of the film. The “parishes”, namely the dreams and hallucinations of the heroine, are quite convincing. They're spectacular and inventive. I also liked the music. I don't know how good it is, but at least it's interesting. The soundtrack is a slow, measured, meditative electronics that would better suit some cosmohorror.
The worst thing is that we will never be told the reason for what is happening. The heroine will periodically behave like a dog, will have a craving for murder, catch “parishes”. Plus, there are various devilish signs, such as inverted pentagrams. But what does all this mean? I don't know. The creators, too. Does the movie scare you? Nope. At the time when the heroine got up on all fours and crawled to the camera, I could barely contain my laugh. I couldn't help it when she licked the microwave. And in general, walking around the night house (why does she so not want to turn on the light?!) to the above music sticky, but not frightening.
Actors? The focus is on Stephanie Ash. And she plays very badly. He is not trying to get emotional.
Thus, "Death on Stage" is absolutely a passing horror movie. Even fans of horror recommend skipping.
