The Adventures of Canadians in Poland A Jewish grandmother who emigrated from Poland after World War 2 to Canada decided to be buried with the bones of a dog she loved 70 years ago.
To fulfill the last wish of their beloved grandmother, the grandson and granddaughter (enough adults) go to Poland to look for the bones of a long-dead dog.
In principle, the film could be called “The Adventures of Canadians in Poland”, because there is more irony and light poking fun at the Poles than the storyline itself. And a taxi driver who carries Canadians around Poland on a “penny” with her son, who, to achieve the goals of all, accuses the main characters of this light ironic comedy with a taste of melodrama (brother-sister relationship) of sexual harassment by no less.
With the minuses – a lot of empty dialogue between the brother and sister, which should show the viewer their relationship at the beginning of the film and changes to the end, but there are a lot of them and because of this the plot (and so exaggerated) develops very slowly.
In general, the film causes a slight smile and positive emotions.
