Swallow the dust, you prick. And don't forget to kick the cat.
I rarely write reviews. It happens that you like the film, you go to read reviews, well, in general, everything coincides. Then there's no need to write. Sometimes when I did not like it personally, but I understand why he is loved, then I also do not see the point of writing a review. And sometimes when you look, you are horrified by what is happening on the screen, rush to read reviews in the hope of finding like-minded people and calm down, but you are even more horrified. So I can't keep quiet, I'm sorry. And here are my five cents.
I'll start with something that's not exactly good, okay, acceptable. The film's visuals are normal. The cast is good. Looks like a house-pretty. This is the end of the good for me.
And then there's actually what they're trying to shove into this cute wrapper. And they push disgusting things under the guise of a children's movie, filmed on state subsidies. On our taxes, in short.
It has been almost a year and a half since I saw this masterpiece. What's left in my memory is the scene of a poor kitten kicking off. The cat was flying far and screaming. The audience is delighted. In general, in this movie, they often kick, beat, call names, joke with a flat, like a globe in the heads of some especially gifted people, humor. About jokes about the cost of baby kidneys, about "don't twirl under the client" and other black people have already written here, thank God. I ask myself only one question: where, at what point did society, which, in general, grew up on good Soviet and other fairy tales, begin to appreciate this? To glorify poverty, vulgarity, cruelty?
For those who have not watched this movie and are thinking about whether or not to watch it with children, or in the evening after work, for those who remember and love, for example, “Three nuts for Cinderella” or “Cinderella”, I can give only one advice – with children to watch definitely not, but you look. Think carefully. Do not dismiss the thought: “Oh, think what they say there, a house so yellow-eyed darling!” And then try to realize how much the cultural code of our society, our people, how the bar of “good and kind” children’s cinema has fallen, who we have become, if we have phrases about the sale of organs, about the sale of our own body, cruelty to animals cause bouts of animal laughter and wild delight of the respectable public.
Thank you very much.
I don’t like movies like this, especially domestic ones. But with good new products lately extremely bad, so I still decided to look ' Home', which the search engine was very insistent to include.
I think the main asset 'Home' - Ekaterina Guseva. Replace E. Gusev with an actress less famous, get: 1) once - I would not even watch 2) two - would not draw the picture. And in 'Home' E. Guseva is beautiful in appearance and acting talent. Although it is worth admitting that it seemed to me, mainly at the beginning of the picture, that E. Guseva is hard given the role of a young single mother.
The second plus ' Home' - dialogues of the cat and the main character, in fact, the House. They (dialogues) are amusing, and especially pleasurable - these are the thoughts of a flea about humanity in general, and about his masters in particular. Domovaya himself is also very sharp on language and deeds, and there is a story that...if you believe in miracles, as the creators of the movie call us... I believed. Or tried to believe it.
However, the drawbacks in ' Home' are also there. The film is long...extremely long. The red price of such a movie is 01 hours 20 minutes, and that it was desirable with the credits. The plot was so slow that the hand stretched bluntly to turn off the movie. But it is still worth watching. The rest of the actors, of which in ' Home' a lot, looked somewhat template, purely according to the script. Well, except for the neighbor in the stairwell E. Guseva.
A beautiful final dialogue between Domov and E. Guseva about magic in the adult world puts a wonderful point in the picture. And even though ' Home' clearly does not pull on a children's fairy tale, let it drag on, someone overplays and someone does not, yet I, an adult, managed to feel the atmosphere and at least for a short time, maybe for a couple of tens of minutes - return to my cloudless childhood.

The film leaves a very contradictory impression. For the first 15 minutes, I was in shock, and I didn't know what the plausible excuse was to turn it off, because you couldn't watch it -- rude speech, unchildish special effects, confusion from the combination of the 6+ and everything I saw on the screen. Other reviewers have already written about sexual scenes, swearing and cruelty.
Then, after watching the child of 8 years, I made sure that it does not cause injury to him, and noted with surprise that the story begins to drag on myself.
The rest of the film was already watched with interest, though at each new mise-en-scene strained - what else is there ' peppered' will they decide to show and tell the young viewer?
Surprisingly, the film leaves a warm impression. The moral of the story is told through the dialogue of the house and the cat. In the end, the film is about family values, about the importance of warm relations with loved ones, for the construction of which you need to change yourself, as did the home, and then everyone will be happy. And it is happiness if in the madness of the surrounding world you can build an island of peace, warmth and joy at home.
All the criticism of the film is justified - the inexplicable rudeness of speech and actions of the characters, the house turned out not offended and angry, but just a gopnik, the actors play terrible, the speech is slurred. Adults who grew up on Soviet fairy tales, it is wild to see and hear this. But this is probably the modern world in which our children have to grow up. In school and social networks, they do not see and hear. Therefore, it is important to show them a foothold, which is home and family, which is what this film does.
In general, the film somehow pulls - due to the history, effects, beautiful views and some grotesque and therefore funny scenes and characters. It turned out atmospheric, and most importantly - the child liked and I would even reconsider.
We can say that the result was achieved despite the acting and terrible work of the writers who wrote the dialogue. You can watch the movie, but the producers are a little embarrassed.
I like movies that have a good aftertaste. Choosing this film, I was hoping for something bright, funny and good. But after 30 minutes, the film caused confusion: when will the film be? Almost the entire action of the film is a thrust, poorly filmed & #39; war & #39; home and hosts. A family movie where too much time is spent on bullying. Yes, there are films ' Home Alone', there are quite cruel pranks, but in it they were given 1/4 of the film - as a logical conclusion. Movies ' Difficult Child' and the like, also show confrontations, but they almost immediately understand the motives of the characters, and the main time is still devoted to the characters and their motives.
Remember 'Carnival Night'. There, everything is kind and jokes with Ogurtsov bring a certain atmosphere to the film. All those jokes, jokes, wars, they're cute and funny. We laugh together and are surprised by the ideas of confrontation. There is no such thing as a 3/4 film of evil action. And it's not very diverse. This is throwing people or animals from the foot, around the house, breaking cabinets, shelves and so on. That's it. There is no interesting revenge ' home' there are no cunning and cute pranks about which we all heard in fairy tales. It's corny, it's just boring. The main characters mother and daughter are too superficial. They don't have much text.
The apotheosis of the film itself no longer looks special. Again, as always throughout the film. Well, like the cherry on the cocktail, at the very end, the mother pronounces a philosophical text that should sound like something wise, but in the end it turns out to be clumsy and out of place at all. How amazing is the idea. But the performance is total darkness. There was not enough skill to write characters, to arrange the correct chronology, to add kindness and comedy. I recommend watching: there are more cute and fun movies.
The film is beautiful, colorful, you can see that they did not regret the money, especially sad that the result was something strange.
It is not clear where the authors of the film about such houses heard or read. It's not a housewife. This is an insult to the entire community. The actor in the role of home is extremely unconvincing. This is not a house one, but a dude with burning eyes and showing off on camera.
The mother of the girl is frivolous, irresponsible and cruelty is not much inferior to the home.
Family values are quite peculiarly shown. No family in the movie. No decent male character. The son of a witch listens to what his girlfriend whispers to him and wants to leave his mother. The only positive characters are a girl and a roommate. Other adults leave much to be desired... or stupid, or cruel, or both.
Cruel phrases and scenes with sexual overtones have already been much written in previous reviews. A lot of cruel scenes: the house drowns a realtor in the bathroom, tries to kill the girl’s mother with an electric shock, etc.
Well, for a snack recommendation to children in trouble: no matter what floor you are in case of danger, climb into the window and scream, and if there is a cornice, it will be useful to walk along the eaves, because you will be saved, if of course, you have time to find your house by then.
I would like to ask the Ministry of Culture, is this modern culture? Is that what we should take as a model?
Everyone knows that modern Russian cinema often does not work very well ... and when it comes to children's and family films, for some reason, the principle of duplication is immediately included: "They are children, they suck." Therefore, I approached the viewing of “Home” with a fair amount of skepticism. And, as it turned out, completely in vain.
Surprisingly, the film did not cause negative emotions. He is simple, dynamic, with bright, memorable characters, stupid (well, what to hide) humor and undisguised morality. This is a qualitatively made fantasy with good graphics and charming characters. However, the age qualification of 6+ is not entirely justified (I understand why this is done, but in this film it would be much more justified 12+, as, for example, in “The Secret of the House with a Clock”): the film will be self-harm, and not childish hints, and perfectly made elements of the thriller (thin, neat and very high-quality).
During viewing, she unwittingly compared this film with the last domestic children's fantasy "The Last Bogatyr" and rejoiced, because "House" is many times better, despite the fact that the budget is 2 times less. This film, though not without sin (especially unpleasant product placement and jargon), but the overall impression is much more pleasant.
The film begins with the fact that the viewer does not understand anything: some moderately gloomy and very spectacular madam (Olga Ostroumova-Gutschmidt) comes to banish the spirit from the apartment, but not forever, but so, for thirty days. During the ceremony, she accidentally discovers hidden treasures and decides not to banish anyone. Thus, in the house where the charming evil spirit (Sergey Chirkov) already lives, another family is settled: a mother and a young daughter. And the show begins.
Closets will fall, cats will fly, people will be frightened and scream, books and pillows will fly in different directions, and Stalin’s monumental empire will turn into a loft. In reviews, this film is often scolded for extensive destruction and self-harm, but I, as a child who grew up on cartoons (including) about Tom and Jerry, it did not disappoint.
What the director managed to glory, was the injection of not a childish suspense, the film turned out to be very stylish and memorable. All elements: graphics, scenery, sound, costumes and characters are very carefully adjusted, they do not contradict each other and together create a pleasant atmosphere. A little crazy, yes, but nice.
The second point for which you can safely praise the film is a very high-quality casting. For all my complex attitude to Ekaterina Guseva as an actress, in this film everyone was in their places and no one raised any questions. Especially distinguished, of course, the main actor Sergey Chirkov. Home in his performance turned out not to be a cheerful mischievous evil spirit, but a serious and self-loving spirit (not a demon), angry with the surrounding negativity (not us, this is life). At the beginning of the film, the housekeeper appears as a quite typical sociopath, he does not joke, and does not play with the tenants, he wants them not to be in his apartment, and if you have to kill people for this, there is nothing you can do.
That is why the fracture of character, which occurs near the end, is so catchy and even touching (despite the fact that the film is childish and this “fracture” is as obvious from the very beginning).
The main message of the film (if you omit the obvious morality about the importance of family) is to be open to the world and take everything positively. If you forget for a moment that the film is childish and dig a little to the side, reducing the apartment to the size of a skull, then you can derive a philosophical morality that if incomprehensible movements occur in your head, you need to understand and accept them. In other words, love your schiza and she will love you (but that’s not for sure).

I rarely watch and praise Russian films, but I liked Home so much that I even wanted to write a review. It is not all smooth and perfect, but nevertheless the story is great!
We all remember the harmful and stupid housewife Kuzyu, so in this film it seems that Kuzya grew up and became very angry. The character is gorgeous, charismatic and sympathetic at first sight with his crazy hairstyle and emerald eyes. He will not get into his pocket for a word and the feeling of pity and kindness in him for a long hard life has atrophied. Here you live so cool, you dare and hate everyone around, and a colorful realtor drags and drags fools who want to buy a luxury apartment on a cheap basis. Spooky!
The next happy owners of the house are the mother-architect and daughter. Extremely cute and cute couple, but our house can not bribe neither milk in a plate nor red cat. He is determined to smoke out the next tenants from his abode. And here begins the real file, because the lady was caught not from the timid ten, but with an idea. She sets up a dissatisfied undead army of psychics and vedoons. And then a witch and a son are drawn in search of some treasure. It's a good idea.
The film turned out to be very sweet, homely, it seems that I met old, good friends with whom I have not seen for a long time. The picture pleases the eye - everything is so bright, rich with a lot of details. The family wants to really sympathize, because it is already difficult for them to live, and then any undead sticks in the wheels inserts, but the house one can, in principle, understand. Over the skirmishes of the house and the cat Vasi, you watch with genuine interest. Dialogues are very lively and often sparkling. Not let down and the villain, a kind of Gothic madam with purely mercantile interest and a bad son, who is very disappointing. The surroundings are perfectly complemented by neighbors.
Comedy has everything to please both adults and children – cheerful, sweet, kind with eternal values and easy morality, excellent humor and bright picture, with magic and decent special effects. The finale is even a little teary. In some places, of course, some scenes are drawn over and there is some understatement, the action slows down a little. Overall, I wouldn’t mind seeing a sequel.
A great family film ... or rather, almost family, very small scary in the middle ... the play of actors, of course, far from ideal ... but as a semi-theatrical fairy tale is very watchable. The plot and morality of this fable pleases, so I definitely recommend watching!
The only thing that Russian cinema succeeds is fairy tales.
I have wanted to see this movie for a long time. Even before he came out. But I have already been taught by bitter experience that going to the cinema for Russian cinema is wasted money and time.
My husband always refused at home. Just yesterday with the child, finally able to look.
My impression is definitely pleasant. I like to watch Russian fairy tales. This is what our cinema usually does well.
I agree with those who speak out against too evil scenes in the film, when the hero Chirkov throws not only things, but also people around the apartment. But the bright ray of good in a little girl, moments of joy - somehow cover the negative.
And the house itself was too funny. An old friend, Kuzyu, reminds me. So you immediately understand that he is necessarily a positive character, only some kind of offended, ungracious.
This is a great way to watch with children.
... and, accordingly, the soul of the house is home. About these spirits we know a lot from fairy tales, and much and do not know, probably.
Evgeny Bedarev tried to create a family fantastic comedy with some morality.
Why did you try?
It's simple. It was a funny movie, but I won’t call it a comedy. But there are many colorful characters in it, which are interesting and remarkable each in its own way, I will not list them. But the humor of the picture is clearly not childish, although without obvious vulgarity. He's a little older and a little flat.
And although there is a talking cat, and episodes of friendship of the girl with the house, on a children's movie, our picture does not pull. In my opinion, the 6+ rating is slightly understated. But it's up to the parents to decide.
I would not scold the acting game, I will only say that it is performed at the level of domestic TV and pop (for example, KVN), but this genre has its fans.
The effects, scenery and grimming are undeniably good. Sergey Chirkov (Domova) has almost minimal makeup, but you immediately believe that he is a fantastic character. Perhaps his face is just a bit unusual.
The moral of this fable is also well presented. It consists of flashbacks in the 50-80s and a story about the former owners. Everything is presented with a slight touch of drama. This is a nostalgic story about what the owners are, and the house, and that we are responsible even for our ' neighbors on the planet'.
As a result, the film turned out not bad, but to call it a masterpiece, the hand will not rise. In general - a light trifle and a pleasant middle-half.
From the trailer, I knew it had to be a great movie. Looking ahead, my feelings didn’t disappoint and the film exceeded my expectations.
Yes, I didn’t expect that in our cinema they can – CAN, if they want!! – make smart movies. In recent years, by the way, not a single novelty of Russian cinema caught me even with a trailer. No matter what the movie is, it's pathetic shit, sorry. All of a sudden! I'm not prepared.
I was glad that the presence of special effects did not go to the detriment of the film (as is often the case in meaningless blockbusters), they did not distract attention from the plot. Special effects and computer graphics were very appropriate, dosed and created a natural perception of the picture. Even "wool sock" Kuzya's cat is not replaced in any frame by a stuffed or cartoon. A real cat talking! That is, the cat’s facial expressions and gestures were very natural. Well done, well done!
The plot is built thoughtfully, the beginning is logically connected with the middle and finale, nothing in the plot sags, some details and replicas have their consequences. Dialogues are witty, vital, without stupid templates and pathos. Note that the film is marked "6+", but I would put "10+", because many jokes of humor are unlikely to understand and appreciate a seven-year-old. And in a couple of episodes, there's a half-naked girl in bed. No, nothing erotic, but... not for first graders, I think.
I was also fascinated by the fact that the writers who wrote this story are clearly savvy about the topic of the home, well-versed. Everything that has been said about them is true. The habits of the house, their character and the nature of the essence are reflected correctly, without fiction and trifling. Indeed, despite the fact that the house is considered an evil force, however, they can not tolerate “dirty” – energy. Which often comes in abundance from people, spoiling the house and the character of the house. And it is a mistake to equate the household with demons or demons – this is a completely different essence! Also, the owner of the house loves attention and delicious. Who doesn't like that?! As they say, a good word and home pleasant. Everything you say in a movie can and should be believed. It is a lie, but it is a hint!
Of the actors I know only Ekaterina Guseva and Tatiana Orlova, who played a neighbor Raisa Ivanovna (I love this colorful actress!). And Pavel Derevyanko... I was waiting for him to appear in the frame, but if I had read in advance who was playing whom, I wouldn’t have waited. For Paul voiced the cat Kuzyu. : However, in addition to the amazing cat, I was conquered by the game of Alexander Politik, so naturally played the girl Alina, and Sergey Chirkov. His image of the house was beautifully created! And the clothes are typically "homey", and the sloppyness inherent in such a spirit, and shosha-jerosha on the head, and the disposition is not evil with all the savagery of behavior ... It's like Kuzia's houseboy who grew up. There is another bright character - the witch's mother Fima. I do not know the actress, although I probably met in some episodes of other films or TV series. But I really liked her at home. A witch, she is such a witch!
“Home,” as you can see, is a family comedy. However, there are episodes in which a tear turns and goosebumps run. You can laugh and be sad. And most importantly, the film is infinitely wise, with a deep meaning and a message to people. I highly recommend seeing it, even if you don’t believe it!
It's a shame to watch! I tried it. I poked a stick, thought that it was still alive, and it turned out to be dead.
Director, actors, and everyone involved in the film, tell us how you made such a terrible and shameful spectacle for children.
Why?
Why a witch in a children's movie with the habits of a chronic felon? Okay, she's a negative character, you can play the role differently.
Why in a children's movie, most of the screen time, the characters yell at each other, threaten to kill, (I didn't count, but definitely more than 20 times). Cat kicked like a football, very hard 2 times.) Fight and use violence.
By the way, violence, fights, and destruction scenes occupy 90% of screen time. 10% are given to my daughter and mother.
The scene with a girl locked in a closet and a mother tied up with tape in the bathroom is completely over the edge. This is not a movie by Saw, this is a children's movie!
Why in a children's film the characters talk in "bad jargon" and sounds mate?
Why in a children's film, if you do not mean that the guy plays a houseboy, then you can think that he is a person addicted to illegal substances, in a state of extreme euphoria, or in a state of "dull".
Why is there a scene of sexual harassment between a boss and a subordinate in a children's film? And not alone.
There is a lot of reason behind the movie.
The whole movie, all the dialogue, the actors' play, it's one solid hand.
The story may not be a bad one. But the implementation, the amount of violence, the amount of hate, and all the worst in the film is off the charts.
And, even a positive storyline of a mother with a daughter and a cattle cat can not save the situation.
First of all, there are many scenes of violence in the film - explicit and veiled. Such scenes look as inappropriate as possible in a 6+ movie. They meet at the beginning of the film, for example, in a scene in which an unfortunate elderly woman is drowned in the bath like a rag doll. Just a few minutes from this scene there is a scene with a brown-haired woman who is sitting in bed after, sorry, sexual pleasures and which the evil sorceress then hits the door / drags by the hair. Next, there will be a scene of a cat being brutally kicked. And so on.
Second, the strange emphasis on tortured adults and their problems. For the whole film you will have to get acquainted with the following characters: a mother tortured by debts and work, a sly smile and constantly hinting at sex boss-abuser, scammers-realtors, an old neighbor-alcoholic. It is even scary to talk about the amount of alcohol in the film - it pours everywhere: in the scene with barbecues by the river, in the scene of celebrating the victory on the house, etc.
Thirdly, all the characters speak in some strange kolkhoz language of entrances and districts: "What are you driving," "so that you die," "I borrowed money from anyone whenever I got there" - these are just a few samples that I wrote out during the viewing!
Of the advantages, it is impossible not to note the picture with excellent color correction and all the necessary filters / sfx, but here it was not without spoons of tar:
a The film is actually shot in several rooms, because of this, it begins to visually bother around the 30th minute, as the repetition of settings becomes obvious even to the inexperienced viewer.
b> At 01:26 in the scene with a girl who falls out of a window and hangs over Moscow computer graphics made so bluff that it becomes ashamed of all Russian filmmakers (in short - there the silhouette of the girl sewn into the landscape as in a very bad Photoshop).
One way or another – not a picture of a single satiated person, so the verdict: absolutely morally twisted film, which had to put a rating of 18+, and NOT 6+. Take care of your children from this. I had to score one point for the visual part, so:
1 out of 10
I really liked this movie! Firstly, it is very well filmed and mounted. The plot does not sag anywhere, all events develop in a good pace and rhythm, moreover, the characters develop too. Second, I wouldn’t bother with special effects. Animations are in moderation. The talking cat is quite trustworthy, and the house cat is also trustworthy. Those limited technical techniques by which the film shows its fantastic essence, more than enough.
After all, the most important thing – and this is the third – the fairy tale in this film is played out by heroes with bright characters, and special effects have subordinate meaning. And that's great! Because this movie is fascinating in itself, not because of any super effects.
Evil here is very convex, Olga Ostroumova-Gutschmidt played her role of witch especially brilliantly. It was a very, very expressive character.
And very naturally and organically played a role little Sasha Politician.
In general, this is indeed a very good film for family viewing, in which I personally do not see any vulgar or cruel moments. Of course, there are certain hints, but they are fully understood by adults, and children are not yet clear.
The only thing I really didn’t like was the English-language musical numbers, which look and sound absolutely inappropriate in a modern Russian film, especially with a Russian folk character as the main character.
It is high time for new Russian films to write their own music and songs, as it should be done in a real big movie.
For the first time in a very long time, I am excited about a family film. So much so that I am writing for the first time on film. Advertising, alas, not paid, but if anything, #here_my_yandex_wallet; )
I will not retell the story - I do not want to spoil the impression. I will only say that it is dynamic and completely logical. No one does anything 'just so' all characters act according to their inner logic and motives.
Characters... They're, I'm not afraid of that word, gorgeous. What is only a sorceress ' Mama Fima', ' Honored Worker of the Astral' The whole family laughed. And for that, thank you very much. It is interesting to watch both adults and children (although the latter will miss the lion’s share of jokes, they will not lose the plot thread and these Easter eggs will not notice). Humor to my taste is beautiful, without toilet hollywood. To my taste (and I am a picky viewer), only one was inappropriate - the moment the heroine fell on the boss. But those two seconds don't make the weather. No savoring saliva, snot and other secretions, which are now so fond of shoved even in children's cartoons. It’s a great way to beat Hollywood horror!
It even has special effects. Not a specialist, I don’t know ' at the level ' they, or not, but personally, I, the viewer, liked everything. Beautiful, fabulous, spectacular and everything is appropriate.
Moral. Yes, she is in this movie and she is good. Normal healthy morality: you have to fight for your home, for your family. Don't give up. Resentment brings hatred, revenge and destruction of happiness. And it can be fixed. Simple, it would seem, truths, but who can name the films made recently, where this simplicity is beautifully and unobtrusively shown? So it is.
I would like to commend my work with folklore.
In general, I highly recommend both adults and children.
PS: The more unexpected it was to see the Cinema Foundation and the Ministry of Culture repeatedly discredited in the credits.
Evgeny Bedarev turned out to be a very good fantasy film, shot in Russian and Russian. It turned out that on the basis of folk tales and beliefs, without using foreign clichés and heroes, you can make a good fairy tale. There is humor and philosophy, beautiful views of Moscow from the height of the 17th floor.
I liked the film, as well as all the films of the Bedarev brothers (' New Year's Tariff, "Waiting for a Miracle" and of course "Girl"). Movies that make not only children, but also adults believe in miracles. The main moral of the film is well shown and told - that there should be peace, love and harmony in the family, so that the house does not become covered with mold from the inside. Such films teach kindness, friendship, love! They teach you to understand, they teach you to get along, they teach you to accept people or creatures that are not like you! Let us keep peace and comfort in families, let us believe in miracles and fairy tales! They're so wonderful. They only come true when they believe in them.
P.S. Miracles must be done with your own hands. Make good movies.
The actors played well. I love Ekaterina Guseva. It's always a pleasure to look at. Sergey Chirkov perfectly conveyed the image of the house, cute, charming, trying to protect his house. Dmitri Bedarev, well, where without him?
This movie is definitely on my favorite list.
In our family, we watch more foreign films. We are less interested in the Russians. But there are such modern Russian films as “Tree”; “Gogol”; “Eternal Life of Alexander Khristoforov”; “SuperBobrovs”; ' “Method ' I Lose Weight”; ' Monk and Bess ' ' History of One Destination '; ' Loud Communication ' – which BACH, and, whether they fall into the mood, or indeed, are so wonderful that you simply do not want to find fault. It is thanks to such films that we sometimes watch Russian paintings.
For example, “House” was even waiting impatiently, after Zhenechka advertised it to us. The main thing is, I guess. But, after all, it must be justified to react to it another time, right?
The whole family loved the film! In the first minutes, for some reason, the “Night Watch” that I love so much came to my mind. For some, this response is a compliment, and for some, the opposite. But I want to clarify that I meant the meaning of the first option.
The actors played great! Ekaterina Guseva loves since the “Brigade”, and even living in the capital, dreamed of getting to the theater for her performance. Once friends gave us three tickets to the musical “Count of Eagles” and it was amazing! It was six years ago, Zhenya and I took Mommy to her birthday - remembered forever!
But I never got to Sergey Bezrukov. I hope that life will surprise me by giving me the opportunity to either meet him personally or at least watch him perform live! I believe in miracles!
Returning to the film “Home”, I note that the dialogues and lines are written in the top five, in my opinion. Humor is high! Probably because of the Russian audience. And what to talk about tricks, falls and dancing - words can not be found. For a foreign viewer, the film may also be interesting for its colors, but certainly only for those who are interested in Russian culture.
We liked everything: the length of the film, the musical series, and the storyline. Seen in fun and in one breath. I am sure that someday children will be happy to offer the “House” for revision.
The theme that came up in the film is relevant in our family. From an early age, my mother told me and my brother about our house. I offered to draw it, give it a name, and feed it whenever I wanted. I called it Kuzma Potapich, because he didn’t seem to like other options. Kuzma because then loved the children's retro show 'Call Kuze'. And Potapich liked it in fairy tales when bears were called that. Nothing original, despite all my wild imagination, but still I invited our Kuzma with me from home to the House, at least ten times, moving from place to place. And to this day, he lives with us. She never fed him on the floor, always opened her pocket in her clothes or in her bag when she invited him to the move, and treated him with all due respect.
We recommend watching with the whole family, with the kids. But, without them, you can definitely see if you want something fun and easy.
Finally, my instincts didn't fool me. The Russian film, which I was waiting for and at the same time I was afraid of, turned out to be exactly what I wanted to see: a good family story about the fact that everyone can sometimes make mistakes, and the main thing is to understand and correct this mistake in time.
The film is not without serious themes touched upon neatly but prominently. The humor is surprisingly decent and cheerful, not always high-quality, but in general - a test. The main character - Home, played by the actor - Sergei Chirkov - is one hundred percent hit in the role! It was like he was born for this role. Both cheerful and dangerous, with a special, crooked cunning in his eyes. Surprisingly, the image was remembered and touched for life in the trailer, and the actor did not disappoint, almost alone pulling out the entire film.
Second place goes to the cat. Funny animal, however, not very high-quality computer graphics when talking, but the cat charisma and humor pulls the picture almost on par with Domov.
The family of mother and daughter on their background slightly fade, but the scenes when the daughter gives homemade candy, or they begin to communicate, very touching. In general, the actors coped well with the roles. Like an evil witch and her evil son, like a screaming neighbor and paparazzi neighbor. They are funny, attract attention, but not enough to pull on the blanket of the main plot.
One cannot but mention the standard minuses for Russia: a somewhat confusing plot, where there is a lot of action, a somewhat crumpled development of characters. It may seem that everything is developing too sharply, although I liked the dynamic narrative. The action is monotonous, but the graphics are very bright, and finally the special effects do not cut the look so much. The English soundtrack is the main problem of the film. It is time for our friends to take up the development of music in the cinema!
Outcome? Watch. You can go home, but watch. I like those movies. I would love to see it again.
In this case, the creation of the Russian film industry forced. . .
Under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture... You'll be sorry, but what culture does this Family film teach, if there are jokes like (I quote): 'Don't fuss under the client!'... As well as sexual harassment of the Director to the main character, this is generally a culture.
All the characters of each other are constantly CRUEL and with some malice taunting! Poor cat gets kicked all the time! The same cat agrees to help the house only when he promised him something. That is, the inoculation of self-interest for children is the same!!! Even one of the main characters is evil! Only a little girl is portrayed as good and thanks for that! It was only at the end of the house... I feel like I’m thinking about myself first! In general, in the whole film, there is a message that one should think only of oneself, spitting on everyone and only for the sake of helping others!
In general, I would not recommend watching this! The film is not bad, but malice is saturated with the whole film and even the final good moments do not smooth out the feeling of bile in the throat until the last credits! and this hour a day later, when I write a review, I remember this film only with some unpleasant echoes of malice ...
I'm going to play an enemy Hollywood good movie to fix the mood. . .
I did not expect such a cruel, hellish shame. I write carefully about films I don’t like. Now is not the case, now I want to give the creators of the belt and kick out of the profession. If I came alone, I'd run away in 15 minutes. By the end of this craft, my fists tightened for the first time in my life, and my face burned with shame for Russian cinema.
First of all, the cynical and hypocritical rating of 6+, the “family” positioning for the film, where the child asks for “vodka”, and everyone else communicates as if on the zone: all kinds of feni are normal. Special effects are unnecessarily harsh and scary for children's comedy. CG-cat, like not fully revived effigy, where his burp endlessly pass for talking. The same child endlessly finds himself in a life-threatening situation, as if the authors without sympathy dream of killing him. All the characters are unpleasant, the actors play lazily and with endless tear. Humor for grandmothers who grew up on Petrosyan and jokes about mother-in-law and son-in-law.
And the infinitely high level of aggression in literally every scene. A bunch of unbred people every minute shows hatred for others, as if this is some kind of therapy for the director’s personal complexes, disguised as “Russian fantasy”. I felt like a guest, where everyone is constantly yelling at each other and raising their hand at the children. And the audience in the hall is fond of, on command grab the heart, children laugh at the words “booze” or “Satan”, consider it normal and proud of the rise of domestic cinema.

I am very skeptical of Russian cinema, normal cinema is very rare. But if it turns out, it is a real fairy tale. So did Domov. This is a wonderful, funny and interesting film (not quite kind, because Domova is not shy in means) with a good and correct message. Not without flaws, I will tell you right away, there are borrowings from foreign comedies, for example, from Odin House, but otherwise it is really a real Russian fairy tale with a number of successful ideas and a very charismatic Domov performed by Sergei Chirkov. I really liked how in the film they laughed at psychics, and the fact that they took not some foreign Kasper (I also love him, but if you shoot in the entourage of Russia, let there be our local evil spirits), but the Slavic hero himself – Domovoy. I am not a connoisseur of visual effects, but I definitely liked the magic of the house.
As a result: From this film you should not expect the level of Avengers or other high-budget blockbusters, but this is not a horror like the Dark World or Defenders, but quite a good family movie, which may not reach the scale of the Last Bogatyr, but at least proves that our filmmakers can also shoot something good for family viewing without product placement, jokes below the belt and basing it all on the Russian folklore base. I wish there were more movies like that, to be honest.
The film ' Home' is a really cool tale. These are very rare lately. Beautiful, magical, funny and touching. With the charismatic Domov, who beautifully suffers in the best traditions of fairy-tale series of our childhood. Hug and cry. With a brazen red cat that behaves about like Salem from the TV series ' Sabrina is a little witch' The interaction of the house and the cat is one of the best things that is in this film.
In ' Home' in general, many bright charismatic characters. Vitally evil office chief; caricature angry, but still alive witch psychic; neighbor performed by the incomparable Tatiana Orlova, who is familiar to many on the TV series ' Daddy's daughter' and ' While the fern blooms' By the way! ' Home' will especially appeal to those who watched 'While the fern blooms' ' Home' shot by the same director and in this film you will see a significant part of the cast ' Fern ' In both lead roles and cameos. By the way, the heroine Orlova in ' Home' is called the same as in ' Fern '. Coincidence? I don't think. You give a movie universe of fairy tales by Evgeny Bedarev!
Yes, I watched the filmography of Bedarev - director 'Domovoy' and 'Farn' - he shoots good fairy tales. He has worked on projects like 'Waiting for a Miracle' and 'Tariff New Year'. I’ve seen both movies and both movies are interesting, touching and fabulous. Unfortunately, fairy tale films in the modern film market are difficult to break through. At least because on the same 'Home' there are simply no evening sessions at all. But fairy tale films are very necessary, especially for children and adolescents. And adults need them no less. That’s why I write this review, urging you to go to ' Home' to the movies and support the fairy tale while you still have the opportunity.
I have to share a joyous discovery: the fairy tale is alive!
Our domestic cinema has finally stopped humiliatingly rehearsing American and other magical and not so stories. I agree with the previous review and am happy to read it.
And Evgeny Bedarev created a new miracle - a fairy tale 'Domova'(2019). Very carefully, in detail and at the same time cheerfully, wittyly, dynamically, we talk about the forgotten, but such important aspects of our lives as faith in a miracle, the need for a childishly naive understanding of the subtle structures of this world and a completely serious attitude towards them. I liked with what sarcasm and sparkling humor (grandson laughed to the fall), modern beggars and sorcerers with sorcerers are shown, as well as those from generations ' Ivanov, fairy tales not remembering', they only rely on. Without bothering not only to turn on the head, but also to sympathize with the world.
The fairy tale is that we create the Spirit and the state of space, pollute it ourselves and are able to correct everything ourselves. You just have to understand and remember. Remember that the unknown world, and therefore now terrible, was known and friendly to our grandmothers, to those who lived with him in symbiosis and respect.
I am glad that it is correctly shown as 'est' It is not food that is important to him, but its pure energy, because he is the Spirit himself, that is, the energy of the house, apartment.
Not pleased with the game of Alexandra Politico (daughter). She sometimes confused that she was in a movie rather than an ad. Although, honestly, not always, in some moments even coped. My grandson, for example, did not notice anything.
I was happy to look at Katyusha Guseva (forgive me because of my age) and Pavel Derevyanko once again. Well, Sergey Chirkov made me look at his filmography, enjoy the ratings and wish to see films with his participation. I'm happy for the younger generation.
Remember, the world has not changed, we have changed. And therefore they stopped not only ' climbing through the windows to their beloved women', but also ceased to believe in the fairy tale, which means they ceased to subtly feel and understand, believe and hope, trust and accept. And the world answers us in the same way ?' No need to blame the mirror. . . '
Stop littering heads and space with apocalypses and horror films, monsters and strangers.
Let's remember our family. Warm and cozy.
And he will remember us!

For the appearance of Vera Brezhneva in one of the last episodes.
One of the few films that until the very end kept in a trembling expectation of what the story of the main character will end with - it was the main character of the film that caused the most vivid emotions: either by the difficult story of his character, or by the soulful play of Sergey Chirkov, or by the eyes of Domovoy, the color of which changed as his character - from the wild emerald to the warm amber.
Absolutely not a banal story (although the main plot and ending are easily guessed by an experienced viewer) - primarily due to very well-chosen actors. Also captivating is the lack of clichés, tired of worn-out phrases - and although the film is 6+, the writers did not simplify the dialogues of the characters and the storyline to ' boxed version': the film is very ' live', bright, sparkling dialogues and at times make adults smile (which will undoubtedly force kids to review this story in the future, when many things will be more understandable).
I especially liked Tatiana Orlova, who plays the role of an eccentric lady. Separately, I will note ' the game' the cat Kuzi (it is voiced by Pavel Derevyanko, with whom I personally associate only positive and slightly funny characters), which the creators of the film left in the maximum ' natural', without tense implausible grimaces and artificial tricks.
It is difficult to attribute the film to any one genre - there was a place for tears, and laughter, and sincere experiences.
The picture is very beautiful - fascinating views of night Moscow, entourage 'Stalinka' in which the film took place, well-drawn special effects, which in moderation, and they to the place, create a feeling of real magic. But, as you know, the greatest magic is kindness, mutual love and true support, which can only be found among your family, at home. This message became the main idea of the film, which is understandable to any child and close to any adult.
Without a doubt, this is one of the best films created in Russia recently, and it is with pleasure to review it again.

Hello, I watched the film ' Home' and was extremely pleased, it seems to be no different from all such films, but, attracts with its mystery. Everything we used to call ' fairy tale' in fact, we just stopped believing it, as our ancestors believed. The film takes us back to the days of 'Leshih' 'Mermaids' 'Domestic' and that's great, because we were all children and we wanted to be in the world we used to call fairy tales for a moment.
Such films give us the opportunity to find ourselves in the world of ' childhood & #39; and at least for a moment to believe in what was once the belief of our grandparents. It was not us who changed, it was our worldview. We got angry and they left. I will say in the words of the home from the film ' After all, homely when it is good when coziness, love and respect reign in the family'.
This is a good film about the battle of good and evil, where even a negative character believed in God, I will not dip you into religion, because even for me today’s religion and faith are different concepts. I'm just saying that without faith there will be no miracle. There are 'left' and 'home' and 'mermaids' just have to believe in them.
The girl believed, appeased, and he saved her from the house and his story about the first family also gives us an understanding of how to live in a house where the main owner of the house is still. Love, affection, care and comfort you need to appease the house, and of course sweets. What Russian home does not like sweet candy or cookies?
The film is definitely worth your attention, there is humor where you can laugh, not trivialized as European films, and, restrained and dramatic it is at the level, the film is not a paranormal horror film, which divorced like dogs not cut. It is about faith in miracles, something forgotten in our time.
Another film joined the layer of such films as 'A Real Tale', 'Grandfather Frost - Battle of the Magicians' 'The Last Bogatyr'. Such films are not deservedly neglected, because we have ceased to believe in our past, we have forgotten our past, we do not respect it. And as they say ' forgetting the past, we will destroy the future'
So the film is worth your attention, at least for a moment to plunge into what we call a fairy tale.
Domova (played by Sergey Chirkov) guards the apartment. This is so obstinate Domova, because he has long been offended by all people. The little girl Alina (played by Alexandra Politik) says: “We need to make friends with Domov: after all, the house ones are good creatures guarding the house.” Home is a very important topic raised in the film. How to equip and establish life in an apartment bought on a secondary. Mom (played by Ekaterina Guseva) understands: “The main thing is peace and tranquility, and Domova just considers herself the master.” It's great. Finally, Russian director Yevgeny Bedarev released a family film in the spring. The film is very family. This is a Russian pop-corn movie for children and their parents.
Who owns the house? The main thing is not who, the main thing is peace and well-being in the house. What's the movie about? You have to fight for your happiness, you have to protect your home, your home is an irreplaceable treasure. It's bad to be alone, even in the most expensive apartment. “If there is quarrel and hatred in the house, the house is covered with mold.” This mold feels Home and suffers greatly from it. I really liked the cat. Especially the cat voiced by Pavel Derevyanko. The cat is smart, smart and fair.
Adults no longer believe in miracles. It's because we grow up and forget the stories of children, the belief in miracles. Of course, adults began to earn money, but children believe in miracles. Children are peace in the home, hope for the best. It takes a miracle to bring back childhood.
The girl Alina (Alexandra Politician) immediately looks for peaceful ways of friendship. Children need peace, and they seek it in miracles. It's great. A real Russian children's fantasy. This film will be a pleasure to watch with the whole family. This is a great movie.
Well, what can I say about this film, in its genre it is not bad, humor at the level and the dramatic component is also present. A good film about fighting evil. Where even a witch believed in God. He teaches us that we must not stop believing in miracles, in higher powers. I am not talking about religion, because even religion has been spoiled in our time, I am talking about faith. But back to the film, it plunged us into the world, for us – the world of fairy tales and something “childish”, but I repeat, this should not be excluded. Otherwise, chaos will invade the world and we will forget what life is for our “life”, our worries.
There are houses and mermaids, we just stopped believing in them. At this point, we're willing to pay loads of money to fake witches and the like to get rid of the creature that's guarding his house. And we visit them. They need to be appeased with love and affection. In the film, the girl shows us exactly how to do it, because children and animals feel everything.
So let's summarize. The film definitely should not be deprived of attention, because it stands on some whales with such films as “Grandfather Frost – Battle of the Magicians”, “The Last Bogatyr”, etc. of which they are also not deservedly high. And watching such films in us at least a drop of faith is laid in miracles, in nothing otherworldly than what European films feed us to satiation, namely what our ancestors believed.
A good film will leave many a good impression of such films and will not leave anyone indifferent. And as one movie said, "Adults are old children," we all want to believe in what we call a fairy tale.
