Games don't do good. Ryan, along with his girlfriend Tracy and an old friend Kelly three spent a good evening, along the way playing the game. And so Tracy was given this task: knock on one of the selected houses and get the owner to let her in. After the lot, the task passed to Kelly, who was able to enter the house. After that, the game ceased to be a game. . .
Very good thriller, shot in the style, as I call it, ' home' cinema. The main part of the film takes place in the house of an angry uncle. Surprisingly, about an hour passed this fuss in the house, and time flew as if 10 minutes had passed, despite the fact that nothing supernatural happened, everything was slow and careful. The atmosphere of the film turned out well. It was mysterious and strange.
I didn't like the evil owner of the house. Too simple and boring (no matter who he ended up being). Remembering one of these films, comes to mind Don’t Breathe, released a couple of years ago. There was an evil old man, the owner of the house, played Stephen Lang. That's what I see as an evil person! It's a little weak here.
Towards the middle, I began to wonder how the film would end. Well, I didn't quite guess, the horse went a little wrong. In particular, why did the owner of the house do this to me? Yes, he did shit, but he is just a performer, so to speak.
The actors also played their roles well, especially Keryn Moore, who played the role of Tracy. Very plausibly and vitally played its part. I don’t think there is a single complaint.
Peter Michael, director and screenwriter of the film, probably gets credit for the film. Previously, he shot only TV films and TV series, and here it turned out to be a very spectacular tense thriller.
Unhurried musical design perfectly fit into the atmosphere of the film. It doesn't make you mad. There is no question about the job either.
That's what pissed me off, Ryan jumping into the pool off the roof. He's had such a lame jump. I understand there wasn't enough time to make a decision plus speeding up free flight - how can you not break your head? But it was easier to jump, with a bomb there.
Extremely interesting and most importantly not a long thriller, the outcome of which is not easy to predict. I advise everyone to watch, and then decide for yourself whether you like such films or not. By the way, the title at the beginning of the film reported that it was shot on real events.
