I recommend a smart and reliable series, more of them! Hello, moviegoers!
Today I watched a new series from the director Guzel Kireeva (' Glukhar', ' Homecoming'). I was impressed by what I saw. Unfortunately, Russian directors are not stable in the production of high-quality film products. But the series with an uncomplicated title ' Katya and Black' 2019 release, in my opinion, refers to the successful.
The big plus of the series is the cast: Julia Melnikova, Dmitry Ratomsky and Sergey Gromov as valiant operas of the criminal investigation, Mikhail Evlanov as a maniac, and of course a faithful watchdog (he was played by two golden retrievers - Tim and Chris).
The plot is divided into the main line of investigation - a game of cat and mouse with a killer maniac, as well as several secondary investigations ' from the everyday criminal investigation', and all this is involved in the personal affections and experiences of the main character Katya and her colleagues - police officers.
Among the advantages - a very reliable formulation of operational actions and interpersonal behavior of police officers (I have an idea of this by virtue of profession), as well as the brevity of the series (8 episodes).
One of the drawbacks is Black’s dog’s exceptional abilities (although he was not taught anything in the plot). This does not happen in real life, dogs work so well only after a long course of training by a dog specialist.
Separate 'Mercy' for the love component of the plot, which the series does not overload, but decorates!
Total: we have quite watchable, not causing negativity and desire to switch the channel series, which, to be honest, it would not be bad to extend the 2nd season. I wish we had more of them on our screens!
