Night of the night A parody intro, strangely referring to "Doomsday Night," immediately tunes in the right way: "Spinning" is such a youthful comedy that wants to be solid (read - vulgar), but eventually stumbles over its own concepts. In an alternative America where alcohol and drugs are banned except for one day a year, the plot revolves around a simple idea: the intoxication of stupid American teenagers is the culmination of the action. In other words, the installation is far from serious, and the absence of an adult rational grain from the “Coutege” collapses the film to the level of a small provocation: well, about how to sit on a bench on the playground and drink beer – unpleasant, dashing, but harmless.
In the United States of the future, a new “dry law” has been adopted, so the entire population of America is waiting for the “Night of the Fun” like manna from heaven, especially young people. Schoolboy Griffin, his best friend Haggs, and an outcast class Andrew prepare for a party that could change their lives. The ridiculous specificity of this occupation itself is fueled by drugs, alcohol, casual sexual relations, etc.
It’s funny to assume that teenagers who are so passionate about drinking and drugs have no experience of drinking or any idea what they’re talking about. In the "Kutezh" direct text says that most people participate in a fun night only one, and then, due to the consequences for the body, refuses. Taken together, this can be seen as a satire of teenagers’ irrepressible desire to touch the forbidden fetus. Griffin, of course, is more willing to invite his longtime girlfriend and lover Lena to the prom than to just get drunk like a pig. The protagonist must act especially carefully, the whole father of Lena is a stern school principal Carlson performed by Vince Vaughn, who despises the great fuss.
Vince Vaughn is not the most important role in the film, but it is the most pleasant to look at. In general, the actor saves the “Spinning” from falling into the hell of modern American comedy, bravely embarking on a business with the character that he got. Initially, Carlson is a typical grumpy grumpy, but soon he becomes a caring and stupid father, and in the end - a brave vigilante. His character is a surprise to the public, causing the main portion of laughter when watching “The Spit”. He also played the comedic role of Eduardo Franco. The rest of the characters are not able to cause either laughter or sympathy.
The development of the plot is quite predictable: it is an adventure in the style of “SuperPeppers”, complemented by some of the ideas of growing up from “Education”. The journey, long into the night, unattainable cool girls, ulterior mobsters and stupid hooligans... frames all of the above central friendship of the main characters, which must be tested by many things. Along the way, "Kutzh" is able to cause a couple of smiles and demonstrate several touching moments: for example, classmates try on with the natural course of life, although neither this nor other similar topics are disclosed in adulthood. The sincerity in the “Coffee” is almost completely absent, apparently, due to the fact that the creators themselves believed in the indisputable comedic potential of their creation, which turned out to be only a fiction.
