What saddens me the most is that the story could have been saved – and with a minor addition that fits the plot logically. Make ALL that is happening Xanatov plan ' usurped' the power of the Fairy Godmother, which needed, acting out the operetta villain, stir the infantile prince, who lost after the death of his parents all will to life, and teach him to take responsibility and decisions. The way she uttered ' villainous plan' in the void asked for an explanation - the fairy KNOWS that she was being eavesdropped... But no – the audience in the end trying to convince that all this was serious.
In the end, the cartoon is absolutely nothing. Inconspicuous graphics, a slurred plot with beaten moves, full of nonsense (for example, a fairy student purely for the sake of pathetic beauty conjures a bridge from the light, on which Cinderella's carriage comes to the ball, however, when such magic on the plot is really necessary - when the heroes have to drape from the guard - the young sorceress for some reason forgets that she can do so) - only the merits that the enchanted prince really has some personal growth with the appearance of new dear people in his life.
