A beautiful dream. The film was made back in 1982, but I watched it for the first time literally this year.

The film has a dynamic plot, ranging from calm to storm. Here are two “golden” and valuable rules that this wonderful film conveys to us:
1. Don't stop believing in the dream. Nastya Filimonova, a graduate of the naval school, dreamed of becoming a captain, although Vasily Artemovich, whom she came to when she left her father (who did not let her fulfill her dream), did not believe in this. A man can do anything if it is a good thing and he wants it.
2. Don't give up on hardship. Even if your ship got into a storm, it throws from one wave to another, and you are just a girl, you can competently manage the Slavutich, do not let the load down and save the whole crew. It is not by chance that the series was called “Without a year a week”, I think that Filimonova was able to do in such a short time what Yaruga would have taken half her life, of course, on the way she was supported by sailors who saw her as a “positive course”, and then the captain himself understood this.
I would love to watch this film again and pay attention to what I did not see on the first view. I hope my review is helpful.
