Charming. The film is almost in the classical Indian style - with beautiful outfits, staged fights, a couple of songs and dances and a simple intrigue with an element of surprise that does not affect the plot. True, the heroines are not Indian women, but Pakistani women living in the UK.
The point is simple. In a good, positive family, there are two sisters. The youngest dreams of becoming a stuntwoman, the oldest supports her. The elder once wanted to become an artist, but abandoned this business, and then decided to marry a guy to whom the mother of the bride chose as in the bazaar, but for some reason chose this girl. And the youngest, of course, together with girlfriends develops a daring plan to disrupt the wedding.
The first part, in my opinion, is somewhat protracted - a lot of meaningless dialogues that do not reveal the characters of the heroines, do not affect the development of events, and in general, it is unclear why they are included in the plot. The second, the wedding, is more dynamic and much more spectacular. Who would have thought that in the traditional women’s Pakistani dress is so convenient to fight!
In general, the mood is quite suitable for those who sometimes nostalgic for Zita and Gita.
