Dancing the Two Shadows The question above, what is this movie about, can be answered as follows: about the sexual dissatisfaction of a middle-aged woman with bulky breasts. Perhaps that is why a female director cannot show her in all her glory. well, at least decently undress her character.
The film begins with a woman coming to a psychologist. She complains that she created an artificial man, but does not know how to turn her fantasies of sex into reality. And here comes to the aid of a spyglass, in fact, an analogue of a movie camera. It's got clips, but no sound. The technician sits in his room and suffers from a lack of a female body. But he is very pleased with the situation.
The plot itself is interesting, but 90 minutes look heavy and stretchy. The ending is quite confusing and all the questions in the review above are quite justified. But I have a few questions, too. Why would you shoot all the scenes at night? Was the operator afraid to highlight something valuable? In Italy, there are a number of bright erotic films where everything is clearly visible. And here even the male reaction did not come, so the film is too boring.
The second question is, where is the logic in the script? If a woman rejects her love, why doesn’t she realize her fantasies with her? Want something else? It turns out that sex does not give her feelings, because she is bisexual. Her friend has been selling her body on the street for a long time, but she is too happy. She gets money, sex, male weaknesses. she was able to live this way, but the heroine did not.
In the end, it becomes clear who he is, the fan of the heroine. And he must have given her a lot. Only now the film on camera will have to shoot again.
