The victim of love... I am very jealous, I warn you!
- What are your weaknesses?
- I also lie, but only to women.
- A womanizer?
- A womanizer, of course.
- And stingy?
- Terrible egotist...
A wonderful melodrama with a comedic-criminal bias. Fun, light, colorful. In addition to the triple love line, there are enough funny moments and skillfully heated, to the final, intrigue. It was on this entertainment genre that Michel Boiron successfully specialized. He did not win the award, but the audience loved him. But the main advantage of the film, of course, the actors. Young, beautiful, bright. Young Alain Delon found a worthy “rim” in the face of the three first beauties of French cinema – Milin Demonjo, Pascal Petit and Jacqueline Sassar. Looking at them, you get a truly aesthetic pleasure from viewing.
Never again has Alain been as seductive as he is here. And positive, probably, too. No way! In fact, in this film, Delon appeared to be the self-assured hero-lover he had always been considered. Now it is clear where the sticking to this day label, seducer and womanizer, which Alain Delon unsuccessfully tried to get rid of for many years. And I have to say, he almost succeeded. Then went serious criminal dramas, youthful enthusiasm disappeared and in its place came a harsh hero. That's how we remember him. Maybe you shouldn't have changed. Belmondo is basically the same carefree guy that we love him for. This is a completely different story...
But in any case, love and marriage are different things.
