- What's wrong?
- Very bad. The voice is gone.
- Here in 16, Chaliapin performed, I listened, and my wardrobe beaver fur coat was stolen. I lost my voice, too. The voice is not a fur coat, it will come back.
But hello. Buryatia. 1950s. It's not very inspiring anymore, is it? Immediately warn: the main characters are Central Asians, and if you are not an anime, chances are that the names of the eyes will stumble.
So Tuman herdsman sings epically across the steppe. From Moscow returns his beloved Saseg, who studied in pedagogical. Another herdman, Shagta, is in love with the girl. Envious of the main character, Shagta releases a foal from the pen, which Tuman is going to give the bride. The protagonist is forced to go looking for an ungulates, and, considering Shagta his friend, asks to meet Sasag at the station. But the villain’s plan, reliable as a Buryat clock, collapses – Seseg sees Tuman galloping along the steppe from the train window and jumps out of the car right on the go.
Oh, my God, what passions. The girl is unharmed, but soon the lovers are again waiting for separation - in the steppe among the horses singing talent will not develop, it is time to become a real artist, and Tuman leaves for Moscow - to enter the conservatory. The herdman sings epicly throughout the conservatory. The admissions office is delighted, the winged guy sends home a telegram that he was accepted. Next comes a bummer: Tuman’s voice is good, strong, but the young man is completely unfamiliar with musical notation. So he does not enter the conservatory, and since he is not a student, he was not given a room.
Burning with shame, the main character decides to learn musical notation and still go to be able to return home, look people in the eye.
Who would have thought I would be so interested? To be honest, I was skeptical. Why did I even watch this when I wasn't a musical lover? The fact is that I am a lighthead, and in most cases I take up the viewing after seeing a shot with a pretty girl. This time I got an image of an Asian rider. Slim, flexible. And her hair is black. I couldn't have gone past that.
My only comment on the film is in the genre is “musical comedy”. With the musical-component complete order, but good jokes literally a couple of pieces, Gaidai do not wait. In general, “Song of the Herdman” is a very kind, bright and soulful film.
