The scariest cartoon witch I've ever seen. The movie is a return to childhood. Week of viewing Soviet hand-drawn cartoons, filmed on the works of writers from different countries. Cartoon 1st.
This week of viewing, I planned for August, because we always before the beginning of autumn and the school year, watch favorite Soviet cartoons. But this year, in August, we go on vacation for a whole month, and we will return only in the last days of August. So I decided to move our animated week to July.
And the first in our list for viewing, was a wonderful Soviet animated film "Nut twigs", a film adaptation based on Moldovan and Romanian legends and tales of the Romanian writer Kalina Grui. The girl Mariuka goes in search of her brother Grigorash - he was carried away by an evil sorceress Cloanza. Along the way, the girl helps Nut bush and Giant. The bush gives her a magic twig. . .
This story, something very reminiscent of our Russian folk, beloved since childhood fairy tales - "Gussy swans" and "Sister Alyonushka and brother Ivanushka"
.
The film is amazing, drawn very well. Well, the witch Kloanets in the voice of the wonderful Soviet actor George Vicin in general - aerobatics. The intonation and oh-oh-sighs of this witch the great artist filled with such color and humor that you clearly understand how difficult and important the voice is in cinema, and especially in animation. The image of the witch immediately became voluminous, alive, filled with the skill of artists and artists. It turns out that not only the great George (by the way George, apparently this name is very common among great talented people) Millar, played and voiced various evil forces in Russian fairy tales and cartoons, but also George Vitsin did it simply unforgettable. For the first time, I noticed that he voiced a purely negative character. Before I heard his voice from the mouths of hares, bear cubs, raccoons, various old women, viziers in some films and cartoons, domes and other fairy-tale characters. And here's a witch, and she's so evil and insidious. Just a brave voiceover, a wonderful artist.
In this cartoon, Mariuka when Grigorasha saw at Clonians, she touched him with a twig, he said: It tickles and because of this the twig became smaller. Mariuka was so glad that Grigorasha saw that she automatically put down the twig, because she began to embrace Grigorasha with joy with two hands, that’s when she lost her twig. Similar to this was in the cartoon "Hedgehog in the fog", when his knot because he put his knot up the branch so that the knot would not interfere with him on the branch to climb, and then remembered about his knot and began to look for it.
A wonderful cartoon. As a child, I watched a lot of cartoons, looking for good in them and a fairy tale. I forgot to watch them and was very happy after watching them. Today, remembering this cartoon, and choosing it to watch as part of our thematic week, I again experienced those childhood feelings of kindness and love, and it immediately felt good, so wonderful. My husband and daughter loved this movie too. My husband hadn’t seen him since he was a kid, and my daughter and I watched him several times when she was a kid. And now we've revisited everything together.
Truly the folklore of the Allied peoples is a bottom of gold. Their monsters, their demons, legends and legends, as a rule, are purely terrible. Well, Baba Yaga has its analogues almost everywhere, a similar character is found in fairy tales of many peoples. In this case, the witch Kloanza, unlike Baba Yaga prefers a castle among the impregnable rocks and more comfortable living conditions. In the rest, much is surprisingly similar to the Russian counterpart.
"Nut twig" was loved by viewers of all ages at once. Unsurprisingly, he is very dynamic, filled with charismatic characters for whom you want to worry. Well, not least of all, it is important that the cartoon is filled with adventures that do not give a breath away . In the cartoon sounds a rare symbiosis of genres. So the brother and sister are helped in the fight with the Clones, a kind giant, who has temporarily decreased for the sake of the cause to the smallest sizes, and a team of mice, the motive is clearly fantasy. However, the Kloanza itself is a typical cannibal, although the cartoon does not mention this directly.
But if you touch directly on its image, then you should delve into the Moldovan-Romanian national mythology. Cloanza, as well as Baba Yaga, is able to fly through the air, and dominate the animal and plant world. And there is no doubt that both of these entities are cannibals. Actually, for the sake of satisfying hunger and kidnaps a boy, in the cartoon at least the motive sounds like this.
Animations based on national folklore and tales in the 1950-60 years came out a lot, but certainly "Nut twig" among them and remained a masterpiece, not surpassed by anyone.
Interestingly, this cartoon was created in 1955, but its plot still has not lost its relevance. The idea of finding something valuable and incomprehensible will always be interesting for viewers of all ages. While other classic cartoons were based on fairy tales or fables, "Nut Twig" is a unique story with its heroes and locations. Each frame is filled with details and colors, creating an exciting atmosphere for the audience. It is also worth noting the unique style of drawing characters and background elements, which makes the cartoon even more memorable.
One of the main attractions in "Nut Twig" is its funny characters. The rat is presented as a funny and courageous person. Her friends - other animals - also have their own individual traits and add unpredictability to the storyline.
This is one of those cartoons that the whole family can watch (which we did today). Its uniqueness lies in the unusual plot, quality animation and funny characters. I believe that this cartoon is worth watching not only children, but also adults who want to plunge into the world of adventure and fantasy.
In general, cartoons should be watched at any age. Though they are often naive and seem created only for children, but they give kindness and love, teach tolerance, care for their loved ones, hard work, trust, good attitude to the world and everyone around, true friendship and devotion. And adults are returned to childhood, and help to look at their lives from the perspective of a child, to rethink their actions, behavior, attitude towards others. And it really works, believe me. You immediately begin to notice a lot of things that you did not pay attention to before, or that you did not give importance to, becoming an adult and getting into the whirlpool of a new life. After all, every adult still lives a child, only forgotten with time.
