An instructive Soviet cartoon, where two opposites with different attitudes in life are clearly shown. It may be difficult for someone to maintain a positive attitude due to life difficulties. But it's interesting to see how these characters Oh and Ah faced the same challenges, but they had a very different attitude. We all look at the same situation differently.
The Bible says, “All the days of the oppressed are woeful, but whoever has a joyful heart always has a feast” (Proverbs 15:15).
What does that mean? If you see everything in a negative light, it will depress you and every next day will seem dull and joyless. Like Och, everything will always fall out of hand, all work is given with difficulty. But if you focus on the positive, you will have a happy heart, like Ach, who was always cheerful, fit and optimistic, happy to clean the house and even the sun was not too lazy to wipe. The choice is yours.
A group of friends noticed that Oh was sick and came to his aid - washed the house, washed the dishes, trimmed Oha. He even liked himself. As the saying goes, “Give more happiness than receive.” This is also one of the recipes for a positive attitude. By unselfishly helping others, as friends of Oha, we experience deep satisfaction. Why? The joy we get from doing things for others will help us cope with difficult life circumstances.
Treat it the same way as cultivating a garden. Spark the poisonous weeds of pessimism and negative thinking. Sow the seeds of realistic optimism and fertilize your life with things that bring joy. And then you will gather a harvest of beautiful emotions that will enrich your life!
For the sake of health, some people give up certain foods; in the same way, you can give up negative attitudes. Be like Ah:
