How to bring chaos to hell and shock the god of death? It's simple. We should send Raj there. I've had a couple of movies [b] from N.T.R. Jr. I saw this movie yesterday. He's handsome, he's young, he's slim, he's cute, he's got a mustache, but his hair is long and his hair is not normal. The first time I saw him with this hairstyle, in my opinion, it does not suit him such a hairstyle, he looks kind of stupid with her. Although in the clips he had a regular haircut and the usual hairstyle was.
When the film began, I was delighted with the sparkling humor and positivity, which fascinated from the first frames. The line with the gods and the heavens is interesting and unusual. The creators are close to the theme of the gods, they are clearly friends with it. The film unobtrusively acquaints the European and Russian audience with the complex structure of Indian Vedic philosophy, represented in the form personified by numerous deities. Of course, one should not expect one hundred percent reality from these scenes, and hope that viewers who are not clouded by a good education will understand at least something, but at least the acquaintance took place. To facilitate the perception of complex existential problems, the film contains the usual number of songs, dances, and an indispensable sentimental plot, on which the content of the film is strung as if on an axis.
Eternal questions that concern humanity: honesty and treachery, truth and lies, and their transformation, which takes place before our eyes, puts the viewer before the question - Is everything as we think? What is more sinful – deceiving a weak man for the sake of survival, or deceiving a formidable god for the sake of vanity? Are revanchist attitudes worthy of powerful gods, can man teach the gods, can lies turn into truth and truth into lies, and is there any difference between them? The creators of the film offer the viewer to think about these problems, not in a difficult academic form for most, but in a light comedy genre, gradually directing the mind to a non-dual perception of the world, leading the binary thinking of a European from the dualism of good and evil, truth and lies, and gently leading to the search for Truth.
The actors are very good. I really liked Priyamani as Maheshwari (Mahi). I’ve only seen her in two movies before (this one makes three movies), and I just love her. Especially in the roles of ordinary girls. She's a real Cinderella here. And the episodes of her oppression by relatives, very reminiscent of the famous episodes of the same oppression of her niece from the film-legend "Zita and Gita". Sometimes it was just one in one, but the viewing did not spoil. Priyamani played great.
N. T.R., Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao it just does not reflect, I could not break away from him the whole film. Perfectly played. He smells good and positive. Looking at his character, a smile appears and the mood rises, he pleases from a visual point of view. This is especially true in the costumes of God in heaven. Plus, she dances coolly, brightly, incendiaryly, even the sweeps of shoes burn. His movements were half like those of Prabhudev, half like those of Mithun. Apparently, he trained for a long time using their characteristic movements for his dances in this film. I read that he received two awards for Best Actor, for this role - Filmfare Awards 2008, and Cinema Awards 2008. And he got them, in my opinion, deservedly. Nandamuri perfectly conveys emotions and generally worked hard for fame. His fans probably squeaked with pleasure seeing him in this role. Still, the very Yammu (the god of death) outsmarted. He is amazingly charismatic here.
I liked Mamta Mohandas as Dhanalakshmi. I don't know her at all, and I don't remember seeing her anywhere or not. But then I liked it, so simple, funny. And in the incarnation of God Yamma on Earth, it is generally a fall.
Ali also made a great contribution to the film in terms of entertainment. His role Sati, a friend Raja, is cheerful. Brahmanandam played the role Chitragupta, the chief caretaker of the Book of Destinies, and the faithful helper of God Yamma. He's so funny in this costume.
I really liked the idea of the medallion, especially as it constantly returned to Rajah, which only he did not do with it, where only he did not throw it, the medallion still returned to him. This reinforced the effect of mysticism in the film. The sky looked so shiny, quirky and like a Faberge egg - it's gorgeous and attention to detail is beautiful.
"Bombic fantasy comedy about the victory of love over death". This is the main advantage of Indian cinema. Love is always above death. All the charm of such a movie is in its originality, originality of thinking, fabulousness of what is happening, unique charm and special open emotionality, rooted in the ancient tradition of Indian theater and in thousands of years of heroic epic. South Indian cinema, multiply it by ten.
In fact, Unsurpassed cunning" - a medieval roguish novel, with hell, dressing up and thermonuclear dances. This film is unique with the processing of voices in songs. Indian sound engineers, emphasize the unearthly divinity, hint at sin and hellishness, all voices are amusingly “frustrated”.
It's a good movie that you can't miss. Acting game Nandamuri outstanding, and the work of the director deserves high praise. Director S. S. Rajamuli is known for his dedication. He took a socio-fiction storyline for this film. Rajamuli really did a miracle and made the audience watch an unusual film that exceeded the expectations of all viewers in general and fans N.T.R. in particular. The music in the film is great. Every aspect of the film is good. In general, do not miss . To raise the mood, for positive emotions, for joy in the soul, for obtaining visual and aesthetic pleasure - this film, that's it. The whole family will like it (it is recommended for family viewing).
