Superwoman on the rights of workers This drama is dedicated to the work of labor inspectors, sounds a bit boring, but it turned out to be exciting. By tone, the series is tragicomic in moderation social and slightly action-packed. Not only the production theme was revealed, there was a place for friendship and love.
Funny opening in the comic style represents the main character of superwoman Dunda Rin. She is always collected, always buttoned up, not afraid to tell the truth, and when outraged by injustice begins to growl like a tiger! Sometimes the truth of Dunda Rin looks like an android robot, it seems that everything human is alien to her, but after all, a specialist is like a flux - developed unilaterally. Actress Yuko Takeuchi coped with this role perfectly, combining grotesque and vulnerability.
Colleagues of the super-inspector are diverse and played with humor a little in anime style: Dunda's boss Rin director Doteyama (popular Uruguayan Kazuki Kitamura), always dissatisfied and rude, but kind on the inside, it's funny to see Kitamura's bisen reincarnate into the untempered and baggy Doteyama. The head of the office, Manabe (the elderly Sano Shiro), is cheerful and positive, even frivolous despite his advanced years, but at the decisive moment he is ready to take responsibility. The youngest inspector is pretty Rurico Komiya (in this role hafu-half-blood Reina Trindle) - a Komsomol, an athlete and just a beauty, with a cheerful ponytail. The ugly and insecure Tanaka (tall and clumsy Koji Okura) is hopelessly in love with her, he is always ready to console the little fussy inspector Onda (Kenji Mizuhashi), panicked about conflicts and not averse to sucking up to the authorities. The main colleague of Dunda Rin her alter-ego is a young employee of Minamisanjo (then still gaining momentum Tori Matsuzaka), a phlegmatic nerd, a “man in a case” and, oddly enough, an ideal partner for a stubborn Dunda. Not to mention the charming mother Minami Sanjo in this role shines pop idol 80s Mako Isino. The tough stance has created Dande Rin enemies that hurt her throughout the 11 episodes. So enemies, lawyers from Social Security led by the mysterious Mrs. Aiba (elegant Chikako Kaku) who has personal accounts with Danda Rin, and her assistant is a ready-to-do young conformist Kurumizawa (Chinese broad-faced Shinsuke Kazama).
Each series is an investigation of certain problems of citizens and their employers. In the sphere of activity of inspectors, not only safety violations, but also unpaid processing, illegal retention of those wishing to resign, cases related to insurance and much more. Briefly about the themes of the series: 1 series - familiarization. And in the climax, the full power of labor supervision is shown - they can detain the guilty with handcuffs. Episode 2 - A girl-manager of a chain of diners faced harassment by her boss and his revenge for refusing. Danda Rin and her colleagues are conducting an entire research operation. Episode 3: A construction worker fell from the woods. Who's to blame? Why not call an ambulance in time? Episode 4 - A big company decided to get rid of ballast interns, but they can not be fired under Japanese law, but the law can be circumvented. Inspectors stand up for young people. Episode 5: A talented pastry chef is enslaved to his employer. The Creator and his patron. Will the bird sing in a cage? Episode 6 - Dunda and Company defend the rights of guest workers. In order to extract information from the cloaked Thais and Cambodians, the inspectors resort to military cunning. Episode 7: A man died on his way home from work. Can his family get insurance? This case takes Minamisanjo to heart. Episode 8: A perfectionist chef tortures the staff of his Mexican restaurants. Episode 9 - Thanks to a cunning contract, the handsome director of a large hotel began to rob his maids, paying them pennies. One of his victims is the ex-wife of Director Doteyama and he throws himself into battle! Episode 10 - Dunda Rin's uncompromisingness has made her enemies and they try to put her out of the world with a devilish cunning... hurting her partner (and maybe not just her partner) Minamisanjo. Episode 11 - The team unites to save the honor and freedom of a colleague, and Danda Rin enters the final fight with supostats! The series was shot at a good level and came out surprisingly smooth, it does not sag anywhere. A very successful drive soundtrack; there is tango, and march, and drumbeat and heartbreaking song in the credit.
Far, far away, beyond the mountains
Happiness lives, they say.
I've left for a dream.
And all in tears came back.
Far, far behind the mountains
Happiness lives, they say...
This sad poem by the German poet Carl Busse is the guiding thread of the brave Danda Rin. A dream is so fragile it must be defended, and selfless work is an endless but necessary search for harmony. As the hero said in a good Soviet film: “Happiness is a clear, conscious and socially useful goal.” And this goal is the heroes of the drama (and probably after its display in the regiment of inspectors labor supervision arrived). And the series turned out to be soulful, infecting energy and even philosophical.
