How much abomination can there be in a man? And is he human after that? This is usually followed by an analogy with a dirty animal, but is it worth offending animals? Would a hare kill a hare for interest in a trade? If only a rabid hare, but they are immediately shot, not allowing them to continue to be a disgrace to the fauna, and no hares make any deals. They just live without raping or mocking themselves. So why can a person get to all this? Why does the earth have such a thing? And not always such madmen are where they should be, they may not betray themselves at all, be quite adequate in the eyes of others, but among their family become real tyrants.
One of these tyrants was Oscar Crocker - I must say that for your submissive author, the character of Michael Bien came close in disgust to the unforgettable Andrew Scott, even funny that some of the most disgusting psychopaths for me are played by actors who like me. For treason he once killed his own wife and then went crazy, nothing else can explain such wild and inadequate behavior of this type. Drunkenness and drugs have completed their pernicious work, and perhaps the once-loving father began to treat his children as things, raping and abusing them. They didn't even go to school - and where did the authorities of a town near the Mexican border look? Apparently no one cared. Until one day Oscar went too far and had to take action that ended in a bloody massacre. And then the drug lord Costello, who lost many kilograms of cocaine, harbored anger at his once frostbitten friend. And the trump card in this was the children of Oscar.
What else can you tell us about this movie that looks so cheap and so trembled, so bad, even in something good? Violent scenes of violence and murder are interspersed with strange and meaningless dialogue, in some ways referring to Tarantino’s films. Hidden in the forest is far away, lacking the enthusiasm and courage with which the famous hooligan of cinema created his specific films. But there is something in this film that is interesting and makes you look to the end.
Perhaps it is the flow of human cruelty pouring from the screen waterfall? It would seem that this is only a movie, but the feeling that these events could happen in reality, do not leave. Criminal chronicle from time to time shows us and domestic violence, and senseless murder, and frostbite of some individuals, and the cruelty of gang violence. But usually this is all served separately, here it is mixed in a burning cocktail, which is offered to drink in a volley and without snacks. No positive hero, everyone has their own reasons, from sex to murder. Not a single little-significant episode, where there was not at least elementary swearing – and swear here a lot, Andrei Dolsky had a lot of fun, coming up with new options in the great and powerful for monotonous English words. It would seem, and praise the film for nothing, but... However, there is something in it, even if only once.
