The wolf's feet are fed... I am a thief, I am a thief.
Maybe in modern times, the plot is devoid of dynamism, and does not smell much of intrigue, but I definitely liked the film. There's some peculiarity in the '70s - light music, big cars, klesh pants. But first of all, the movie bribes with its realism. It's more of a routine. There is not that thieving romance, so often found in paintings of this kind. There are not all those elements of a beautiful life that usually accompany this craft. And there are routine robberies without much embellishment.
Of course, at that time the picture attracted the cast, gathering quite popular actors at that time. Like Richard Crenna (the future “mentor of John Rambo” Colonel Trotman), Angie Dickinson (former first beauty of Hollywood), colorful Cameron Mitchell and Robert Webber. But this drama is much deeper than it may seem at first glance (no wonder the script was nominated for an Emmy). This film is a warning, because, in fact, free cheese is only in a mousetrap and for everything in this life you have to pay.
