"Behind Zero K" All rivers flow into the sea, but the sea is not overflowing: to the place from which the rivers flow, they return to flow again.
All things are in work: man cannot tell everything; the eye will not be saturated with sight, the ear will not be filled with hearing.
What has been is what will be, and what has been done is what will be done, and there is nothing new under the sun.
The book of Ecclesiastes. 1: 7-9

Thank you, friends, for not forgetting the atomic facts, though that is not the case now. John Hawkes. Master of words. Stylist. Letter artist. Hawks doesn't just write, no, no, his purpose is different. He takes us by the head, plunging us into a vat of cold water in a sudden motion. We're stunned. Are we scared? Maybe. We begin to breathe intermittently, saying, “This is it!” This is the true taste of literature.
So it was with the “Man-Eater”, so it will be with “Blood Oranges” (in time). But don Hawks is also the ideological successor of the crusade of Russian classics. Crusade against Death or in the name of Death? Time will tell. Right. Will the movie make it?
The most important thing I want to tell you is, “Facts are always alone.” Watch the movie, see it, feel the catharsis in the fierce sense of the word.
Who are you? You what? How are you? Out of nothingness go out into the street of being, beginning to reflect on what and where has its place. You are concerned about the set of things you are trying to reflect. Every thought, every movement of the soul creates a parallel life. Convergence is happening. Emergence. And here you are, here you are, the facts that elude you. Will you let them live and breathe? Or maybe you will plunge into a restless sleep, striving to establish absolute zero everywhere?
Yes, it is you, your inertia, your inability to see, that has turned the facts and you into ice sculptures whose constituent particles have almost completely lost their motion. Do you need an antidote? Look at this. Do you want to stand by and watch absolute zero? Look at this. The meaning of culture is this.
... victory over entropy. Word for soul or complete freezing of disobedient being. That's John Hawks. That's what Dostoevsky said. Would you like to argue?
Well, I invite you to walk through the streets of Greece, competing in (sophistry) oratory.
Should I watch the movie? Question. Should I read the original source? Exclamation point. But again and again it all comes down to these damned facts: facts about the world, about us, about feelings. Do they exist at all?
At such scales, everything is determined by uncertainty, so it is not that the particles are stationary, you simply will never be able to measure them as if they were stationary.

We will continue to watch (and do) and support a good movie, so that the best in us will continue to break out. Honour and good luck!
