Brother for brother, matchmaker for matchmaker. The movie didn't impress. I watched it with boredom, albeit with a sense of accomplishment, as it was on my list of films with Ajay Devgan. The aforementioned Devgan is here exactly five minutes. He sang and danced such a standard number that it felt – he did it only to get rid of the director, who, besides him, invited Salman Khan, Sunil Shetty and Gulshan Grover to the film – to act as themselves and attract more viewers. We were lucky to see each of them for three minutes. Did that help the movie? ... No, of course not. The film is a failure, clichéd, without highlight. And even the super-talented Nasiruddin Shah didn't pull out such a terrible script.
In general, I want to note that the “young” heroes of the police are not my type. In 98, N. Shah was already old, but in the film he has a 10-year-old daughter and a “young” wife. "Young" was no longer young, but still. They would make him a respectable colonel, a general, or something. No, there was an ordinary police officer who was all over it. Crystal honest, does not take bribes, is not afraid of criminals. That's terrible. Even standing beside you is afraid of your own imperfection. But he has one weak spot. It's brother. A sloppy brother, wandering around the streets all day, earning nothing in particular. And then she falls in love with the girl, and gets confused with the bandits. Anyway, no good. The actor I do not know this completely, outwardly I was not impressed, and as for the manner of the game - there was a rough "clutter" under Akshaya Kumar - the manner of behavior, clothes, dances-Shmans-jumpers with partnesh (Madhu). Madhu, of course, is beautiful, in my opinion, the only decoration of the film. But to marry her, the young brother must find a job and earn money. That's where the problem is. Money is evil. But when they don't, people get even more angry. Through his brother, the crystal-honest inspector goes to prison, then flees from there, then gets mixed up with the bandits himself, but in the end all this turns out to be a farce, because it was conceived with a specific purpose - to bring the banditos to clean water. And brotherly friendship is strong again. In general, this idea runs through the whole film - whatever happens, family, brotherly relations - it is unshakable, it is eternal, through this you can accept death. Yeah. Of course...
In general, you can only watch it to kill time, and if you love Nasiruddin Shah.
