For life, for love. . . The light of lights and the brilliance of glory. Prison and rescue. Love and misunderstanding.
Interesting, I must say, the movie turned out. Nicely interesting. I was expecting such a simple film about the ups and downs of one glamorous actress’ career, and I was pleasantly surprised that I was wrong. A very good movie with a strong story.
"Blood, tears, and love" So I would say about "film star" in a nutshell. Stunning actors, a special plasticity that is inherent only in Indian women, a real tragedy that faces a chic actress who is at the zenith of fame and who changes her life!
The main role is a stunning beauty Mahima Chaudhary. Her character Hira Pandit is a Bollywood superstar, she is in demand by directors and bathes in the zenith of fame. But still there comes a moment when the career Hira is slowly rolling down. Hira is upset and offended that she was not given the main award for another film so irresistible, she plunges into depression. And one day she accidentally meets her old friend, lawyer Digambar Puri, whom she has long called Diggs. Digs gives her good advice on how to raise her status and become a superstar again - to make a film about real people. Hira He listens to the advice Digs and decides to make a film about the story of one woman, Lila, who is in prison for the murder of her husband. She begins to visit Lila in prison and gradually learns all the details of what happened and understands why this fragile and harmless woman committed such a terrible crime.
History in itself is great. The actors were very pleased. Mahima Chaudhary played great. At first, a star who is fixated only on his own person, who thinks only about his prestige and does not notice anything and no one around him. Her obsession is to be the first, to be the main character in the movies, to be talked about and written about and only she received awards. The main character loses herself on the way to success, but when life gives her new chances, she uses them. Yes, she goes on heads and does not stop even when she hurts the person who loves her, she goes without thinking about what will happen next ... the main thing now, the main success ... Glamour, show business brilliance blinds and all for this. And it is also shown how it changes under the influence of circumstances, after communicating with Lila and begins to evaluate everything that happens in a different way and look at the people around her. A difficult and interesting role, a star who is ready to do anything for the sake of success in the film business, and at the same time an ordinary person who needs simple human happiness and love - very well shown.
He also played a great role in Priansha Chatterji. I liked him very much, a kind soul and a loving heart man. His triumph in court was brilliant, and I applauded him. A beautiful actor I don’t see in the first movie. He always reminds me with his appearance and his sad look of our handsome Russian actor Alexander Domogarov. And here he again captivated me with his sad look. God, how he looked at Hiru (loving her unrequitedly and suffering deeply from it). Prianshu A very interesting actor, not like the others. And what songs he played, it's just chic. So sad and touching that I couldn’t even hold back my tears. So I wanted to press him to his chest firmly and firmly and never let go, taking all his pain to himself.
Vasundhara Das played Lila, I was just amazed. All emotions, all feelings driven by circumstances into the corner of the woman, portrayed perfectly. When she was telling the story of her life and crying, I couldn’t help but cry. It was strong. Good for her, although I saw her for the first time, but she was remembered for her role in this film.
I liked the unobtrusive love story of Digambara to Hira , how it all went smoothly, his sad eyes and a look full of pain with which he looked at the woman of his fate, how he helped her fight with the whole world and suggested the necessary ideas for working on the film. In general, the character Prianshu was very pleased.
The film is decent. There are unexpected turns, and tension and of course tears. I personally cried in places. Mahima and Prianshu Very good. And Vasundhara is absolutely magnificent.
"Cinema Star" is a movie worth watching. The film is very good, the direction, script, music and characters, all at a decent level and fully justifies the two hours spent watching time.
