They have no lead, but the gunpowder is still there. . I remember when Paige and Plant were reunited. It was like something unimaginable. These guys have always been improvised in their approaches to their own works, so listen to them here - you will not immediately recognize many of them. For the full set, Arabic motifs were added - fresh, organic and very soulful. Here's Robert sitting, humming and clapping, on a dusty mat next to Arab musicians, who, apparently, do not often see water, playing instruments, apparently made by themselves. And then there are the British hills, gray weather and gloomy sky, coupled with the mystical things of the Zeppelins. Then stage performances, flavored with orchestra and folk instruments. Paige and Plant did not waste their energy, although they began to look more restrained and respectable. A lot of acoustics, the concert will appeal to those who like a variety of instruments.
The album ends with a monumental performance of the song Kasmir, the best performance of the song in my opinion, the oriental motifs of the song are best conveyed in this version, “overtaken” the studio several times, the song lasts more than 12 minutes, but when it ends, you understand that 12 minutes for such a song is very little, I want more! And you turn on the album again.
