Cheap and tasteless 2: Towards improvement Still, Mr. Carl Lindbergh was able to surprise me by showing in the second film that he was ready to change for the better. Personally, I liked that in her film, the director focused on two very colorful antagonists (who play the same man in a rabbit costume and the incredibly charismatic manager of a seedy hotel Joe), and not acting as nothing more than cannon fodder, a bunch of little interesting teenagers. I was also pleased with the quality of the picture, and a certain flexibility of the plot, which slightly branched from a very linear narrative. And the drawing of the characters was deeper and more detailed than in the first part.
However, the disadvantages in the tape are still enough. Given that this creation was made in the direction of a kind of movie thrash, there were very few such hard moments (you can of course recall the “sawing” of young schoolchildren on the bus, which is certainly a taboo even in the horror genre, but the graphic component and the complete lack of acting talents in children, reducing the efforts of the creators to nothing). Despite the undoubted success in the visualization of the script, still closer to the middle there is a noticeable sagging, to which a considerable timekeeping contributes. As I mentioned, I didn’t see any particular “bloody” moments, and the very originality of the murders left much to be desired.
P.S. Comrade Lindbergh, I will watch your third film.
