A miracle on the set or a film about how perseverance and perseverance are rewarded! A few years ago, after watching another favorite family comedy Home Alone 3. I was wondering where Alex D was going. Linz. And so I began to study his filmography. And to my pleasant surprise, I found some interesting films with his participation, among them was this wonderful film! Unfortunately, finding this film was not so easy, but it was worth it.
"Full-Court Miracle" that in Russian will be a miracle on the site. Based on the true story of University of Virginia basketball star Lamont Carr. The plot revolves around Alex Schlotsky, a newcomer to the Hebrew Academy, which is located in Philadelphia, where he and his friends work with the local basketball team. It's called Lions. The team dreams of winning the Independence Tournament and defeating a team called the Wars, but they don’t have a good coach. Alex and his friends want to find a super coach to coach them.
Directed by Stuart Gillard, he made a very bright, soulful and inspiring TV movie. When you look at it, you see only the best human qualities. A film that teaches not to give up, not to lose heart, not to lose heart and always believe and hope only for the best! I really liked Alex D. Linz’s acting. Such a charming, witty guy. At the same time, he is so brave, persistent, who always goes to his goal, to his dream. It was such a bright character! Also, actor Richard T. Jones was good at revealing his character. A lonely man with a knee injury, a former University of Virginia basketball star forced to live in his own van, away from his family. . .
Pros: easy pleasant humor that does not let you get bored while watching. Good camera work. Also from the film, we learn a little about a Jewish holiday like Hanukkah. His traditions, customs, etc. Well, the basketball itself. I’m not a fan of the sport, but I was a bit impressed after the movie. In the film, these moments were shown, so exciting and the final so looked in one breath and does not let go until the last minute!
Despite the fact that the film is dedicated to the Jewish holiday (Hanukkah), and is more focused on Jewish children, teenagers and their parents. I believe that in principle, the film can appeal to anyone. Because it's a very warm, family movie. He's doing an excellent job. Namely: lifts the mood and gives a drop of faith in the fact that everything will be fine. The main thing is to believe and not to give up!
