Playing with the mind To be honest, I hardly found this film and it is not surprising that there are no reviews for this film, so you will have to write a review as much as possible in detail and as accurately as possible so that viewers can understand this film as best as possible or not.
The film crew is shooting a horror movie, the main character in which plays a capricious and malicious superstar. Suddenly, an accident happens and a superstar dies. Outraged mother of the actor, armed with Thai magic calls his son from the grave to avenge the death of his son.
Let's start with the merits of the picture:
1. The beginning is nothing, the action is dynamic and exciting. But in an instant, everything changes and it turns out that it was just a set and the capricious superstar is actor Rashan, playing the role of a madman. And this twist has the best effect on the film, making it even more interesting than I thought at the beginning. The finale is promising and ambiguous.
2. I may be asked why there is “Cinderella” in the title of the film, so the answer is simple, in this film the superstar had a fan-young actor named Varut, and he wanted to be like his idol. And this case was presented to him and the film, we can say, played with new colors, with this turn, the film was inhaled with a spark. This is what happened next.
3. Another plus is the acting, maybe the actors in some moments overplayed, but it was justified by the situation and overall looked good. I also liked the fact that despite the short time of the film, the creators managed to reveal the characters of all the characters, distinguishing each individually from all the actors.
4. I liked the psychological component of the film, it once again proves that our consciousness is a strong thing and sometimes wanting something you can get it despite dangerous desires. The film, which seems superficial, turned out to be stronger and more holistic in its structure. After all, a person must be whole in himself, and if this is not so, then madness can happen. This was in many Asian films, from the West I can give the example of Psycho.
5. Also, I can not fail to note the introduction of Thai flavor to the film, this fascination with Thai magic of the mother of a superstar, this gives the film a note of originality and commitment to original horrors.
Now the film's flaws:
1. Some vulgarity that I personally think spoiled the film. I'm even a little surprised because I've watched dozens of films from Thailand and there was no hint of vulgarity. This is more typical of Western films and sad that it was borrowed for this film.
2. Excess blood, scenes with torture were out of place, and this again spoiled the impression of the film.
The verdict, quite strong and original tape which I recommend to watch, will appeal to all fans of Thai films and horror films. A well-built plot and cute actors, and most importantly the Thai flavor give the film a certain charm.
