The first part of the horror about the bad house “The House in which they scream” made a good impression, mainly due to the avant-garde approach to form. However, in the sequel, their friend John McBride was added to the Polonia brothers, as a result of which only memories remained of the interesting visual series. The plot is more or less standard for haunted house, in which a group of researchers arrive at the house where the events of the original unfolded in order to capture paranormal activity on film. Needless to say, ghosts will not disappoint scientists.
Despite the larger budget, which is noticeable on the more expensive film, the sequel is perceived as an optional addition to the original. He can not attract the viewer, except to irritate the primitive script and insignificant acting. However, the latter is typical for semi-amateur productions - there were practically no real lyceums in the sequel, so the result is logical. For example, the professor is played by one of the directors John McBride and does it badly, and the lead actor in the original Bob Dennis appears infrequently.
In general, the authors’ desire to enter the same river twice is noticeable, and even make the sequel digestible for the mass audience due to the traditional narrative. Alas, the authors suffered a crushing failure - their craft is another ultra-low-budget dummy, which can arouse interest except for those who collect all the films about bad houses.
