The dead don't need doctors? Are they really over? There are doctors who seek the voices of the dead to convey their last words to those who loved them. The drama “The Voice” for me personally became one of the most high-quality works that I saw in Japanese cinema. I was glad that the drama is not filled with stupid typical humor, unreal cases and too banal things, the Japanese are very pleased and presented to our attention this wonderful series. They know how to shoot, but unfortunately it happens that we are not often spoiled by this. But not about that now.
To be honest, I don’t even remember the last time I watched something like this, no, there are similar topics naturally, but I didn’t notice that it would be so presented, kind of simple, but somehow sincere, and at the same time the plot is intriguing and attracts attention to each series. To be honest, I watched the series with a decent interval, as I wanted to stretch the minutes from viewing, especially given the fact that it is increasingly difficult to find really interesting works.
And yet, I want to note that in some of Daiki’s explanations there was no logic, the question arose: “Where did he get this, because the plot did not talk about such facts,” especially in the first series.
But in the end, you need to get used to Japanese cinema, after which you will eventually realize that the Japanese are able to surprise and touch the soul with ordinary everyday moments, proving that everyday life can also be beautiful.
A little bit about actors and their heroes.
Kaiji Daiki-Eita- With Eita I have watched a lot of films, and as an actor he always delights, but as for the main character, for the first time I saw Eita in such an amazing role, a strange student-why medical academy. But who by his unusual thinking and ability to pay attention to seemingly insignificant things "hears" the voices of the dead, and who helps their relatives and surrounding people to open their eyes to the truth, to what the dead keep in their souls and deeds. Here Eita coped a hundred, well conveying the character and thoughts of his character.
Ishimatsu Ryoske-Ikuta Toma-I agree that Toma is one of the most talented young actors, you can not argue with this, unlike his peers, he does not curve on the screen and fully gets used to the role, this is what he has to himself, and in the Voice he did not slow down, although, unfortunately, the image of the hero I did not have enough, but the series with the story of him and his school friend showed the character from a new side. Also, the courage to go against his father and defend his choice completely at the end reveals the image, and Ikuta very professionally embodied it on the screen.
Kuboaki Kaneko-Ishihara Satomi- To the game of Satomi I relate normally, plays well, but I can not call her a strong actress, but in the "Voice" she surprised me. Finally, the girl got rid of the canon characters and canons of the Japanese game and was able to open up, playing an honorary student, but not an avid crank who looks at everyone from high, but a rather interesting girl, and even with character and her opinion. When all the guys were already spinning from Daiki’s questions, Aki continued to defend her opinion and their verbal skirmishes with Daiki did not annoy, but on the contrary even pleased. And the dramatic side of the heroine with the story of her mother Ishihara managed to convey wonderfully.
Kirihat Teppei-Endo Yuya unfortunately saw this actor on the screen for the first time, although films with his participation are not few. And it seems like an ordinary student, who was chosen as the “beating toy” by the rest, but in fact as supportive as each other. You get respect for the character when he, although not at the very beginning, found the strength to engage in forensic medicine after the autopsy incident. The actor portrayed his character well.
Hanney Akira-Sato Tomohito- It is strange that the hero was made one of the secondary, because this is a rather strong image with no less strong history, and it was he who supported Ryoske with a story with a friend, not accepting other people his "I". Their stories were somewhat similar, and I also want to highlight the actor Sato Tomohito, who managed to reveal the character of the hero.
Of the actors, I want to highlight Tokito Saburo, who played Professor Sagawa, his characters on the screens are natural, and probably thanks to him, the professor of the seminar on forensic medicine was so remembered by the viewer.
Special attention should be paid to the musical accompaniment of the drama. Beautiful opening, and the title theme performed by the band GReeeN-Setsuna at the end of each series made you smile, a very bright and warm song, now firmly entrenched in the player.
I hope that Japanese cinema will still be able to please us with the same high-quality, warm and atmospheric work.
