Come as you are Two adults fall in love, and this has a significant impact on the future life of both families. The sons of loving ancestors immediately find a common language, and their parents, meanwhile, take the next step, deciding to live together. Because of the snow, the windows show us the lives of the children stretching over several wonderful months of living under one roof.
From short phrases during the video recording of the testimony of the heroes in the precinct, a holistic picture is gradually formed, which became the reason for their suddenly terminated happy life. I have already seen such a method of revealing the plot before, unfortunately I do not remember the specific names of the films, but seeing such a presentation it is no longer difficult to guess what could have happened to a person who was not on these videos. In any case, this approach removes some intrigue, obviously gives a hint of how the situation ends. If it weren’t for that, it would be much more interesting to watch. In my opinion, the mystery or mystery of this film could pretty much complement, and the viewer all the cards are thrown out from the very first minutes.
The actors really liked Owen Campbell, who at first caused a slight dislike for his character some amorphous behavior very quickly becomes quite a curious character. In general, the actors conveyed emotions very well, for this the film plus.
And in general, the picture turned out beautiful, but I would like a little more landscapes. I would replace all these “interviews” of the characters with the shooting of the same ill-fated forest. I really liked the short shot under water, it is very visible mutual support and warmth, as well as the jump of friends from the cliff, it looked very great. The soundtracks are smooth, like the movie itself, the first complements the second. Kurt Cobain was mentioned, strangely there was not a single track of the band behind the scenes. It may well be that the lack of tracks of this band in the film, replaces its title, which is consonant with the title of the famous song “Come as you are”.
The film, in general terms, as gives warmth from the feeling of well-established life of the characters, and partly makes you empathize with each of them - each of the three teenagers, their parents.
When a detective tells a guy, “Tell me about the forest,” it is not difficult to conclude that one of the reasons for further events is the same weed that teenagers were inclined to use. The second likely reason could lie in Mark’s relationship with his father, whose views on life did not coincide with his son’s, perhaps it was the inability to accept Mark as he is that led to subsequent events. Of course, to blame only the father is also not quite right, because everyone creates himself. And what if it was Mark’s inability to accept himself as he is that led all the characters to alternately answer the detective’s questions to find out what happened in the woods between friends.
