Suddenly beautiful. I read almost all of Ustinova’s books, I really like the style of writing, but as for films, it is often possible definitely not all. Therefore, starting to view the new film adaptation, I was somewhat worried “whether this time it will work out.” I confess, I was struck by the quality - for a Russian TV series it is more than beautiful. Stylish, good quality thing. I really liked how the line of the main characters is written, the ex-wife is simply inimitable, the actress playing Glafira also coped with all 100.
There are questions only to secondary characters, for example, to the deputy Razlogov Mark Voloshin - here did not play to my taste: a few tricked reactions, an ill-conceived, illogical image or something... directly lubricated the impression of viewing.
Totally, decent film adaptation, stylish, expensive, pleasant to watch. If there is free time and you need to do something to occupy this mini-series is able to brighten up leisure.
I'll bet 7, it wasn't perfect.
