Reasonable doubt This new American law series is primarily attracting attention because of Katherine Heigl. She is a famous actress and has many fans. The show is new and has just started, so it’s only a couple of episodes. But the beginning didn't inspire at all. The footage turned out to be too confusing and implausible, “everything like in the movie” is called. You watch what is happening, and just do not believe in what you see, so this TV project is very dubious, although ambitious.
The plot revolves around a strong and confident lawyer Sadie Ellis. She is a beautiful woman and a master of her craft. Now the heroine, along with her team of lawyers, is engaged in a complex case, trying to prove the innocence of a man accused of murder a long time ago. The problem is that Sadie has to prove his innocence, but she does not know whether to believe him or not, moreover, the woman fell in love with him, and no objectivity is more out of the question.
The story is complicated, and it has a bunch of intricate branches, in which the viewer will have to deal with the main character. It seems that everything is filmed qualitatively and dynamically, but for some reason a shade of falsehood is present. For some reason, you do not believe in what is happening and do not want to watch anymore. Why? The fact is that everything brilliant is simple, and a really good and beloved series will be on a simple story, but you can show it as you like. Everything here is so complicated, the plot is complicated, and you just don’t believe it.
The main character falls in love with the one she protects, and no one knows if he is a murderer or not, although the man walks around in freedom, lives and does what he wants. That's crazy. What I saw was enough that I definitely won’t look any further. It's holimotya. In addition to the implausible plot, there were some fake scenes in court that you don’t believe in, and you think it’s just a movie, although it absolutely shouldn’t be. The court hearings and dialogues in it are fake, and it is noticeable to the naked eye.
The cast was meager and second-rate, one can only single out Heigl in the title role and Elliott Gould. It was nice to see him in the beginning of this dubious series, at least something pleased. Actress in the background Laverne Cox was selected very unsuccessfully, and it is with her scenes you just want to forget. As for Katherine Heigl, believe it or not, I don't believe her game again. She's overdoing it, it looks unbelievable. After the failed series “State of Affairs” and her terrible acting, another failure in a new TV project.
Doubt is an American drama series that started in 2017. This lawyer series did not inspire and feeds the viewer with a confusing and implausible story. I didn’t like him and I said no.
