Very bad babysitter. The story of how far a business realtor is willing to go to sell the Bad House inhabited by a standard make-up old lady in black Victorian robes. I defined a monster/ghost for myself as a babysitter who does not let the wards out of the house with all her might, because the tape begins with a prologue about a poor girl with pigtails.
I recommend treating this short solely as a comedy parody, because in terms of horror, it collects all the genre clichés that can only be placed in such a modest timekeeping. There is a ghost in the mirror, and a shadow at the end of the corridor, and an orphaned artifact-beacon. If you take all this seriously, it will look too dull. But if we assume that the authors realized the banality of horror techniques, then it turns out a completely different story. Although, perhaps, it would be nice to once again enjoy the original scarecrows in a humorous story.
Additional, but, in the key of this film, a small plus for the fact that the action takes place on a sunny day.
