Batman: Robots vs. Mutants Thinking about superheroes, the following expression of director Quentin Tarantino is immediately recalled. Batman is made a hero by various gadgets. Spider-Man was bitten by an experimental spider and only Superman was born a superhero. However, despite this, Batman deservedly holds the position of perhaps one of the most popular and famous comic book heroes, who once provided DC Comics fame. Hence, it is not surprising that DC Comics does not cease to create not only new feature films, but also animated ones, one of which is this film directed by Kurt Geda.
Initially, the new franchise “Limitless Batman” seemed quite old-fashioned and not very interesting. Only emphasizing such positions with two frank weak animation tapes. However, drawing conclusions from the mistakes, DC Comics made a rapid step forward and clearly did not fail by appointing Kurt Guedu as director.
This animated film fully gives the atmosphere and mood of good old animated films with risky animation, for which Kurt Geda was once famous. Giving the world such great hits as the series “Superman” and “Batman of the future”, as well as the magnificent noir comic book “Mystery Batwoman”. That certainly knocks this film Director significant points of quality not only in comparison with the previous two parts, but also the latest works of DC Comics as a whole.
The animated film turned out to be very light, funny, quite dynamic and interesting. Let the animation of the picture seem outdated with the departure of the 90s, but like the “vintage” atmosphere for fans of the director’s work, all this causes only nostalgic pleasure when viewing the picture. Even if the film seems naive for young viewers as a whole.
The plot of the picture is not intricate and simple. From the very beginning of the tape, it is obvious that the enemies cannot defeat Batman at all. However, despite this, with interest watch how the adventures of not only the Dark Knight of Gotham will develop, but also Nightwing, The Flash, Robin and the Green Arrow, who came to the rescue of the main guard of Gotham. Especially since Geda perfectly introduced an impressive number of villains in the person of Penguin, Mr. Freeze, Killer Croc, Bane, Glynoface and Himo. Including providing a cameo no less famous villains in the person of the Joker, Mad Hatter, Two-Face, Cheetah and even Khash, whom fans have been dreaming of seeing in the cinematic universe for quite a long time.
The only remark can be that the whole film gives the impression of a kind of “Pacific Rim” in terms of the idea, which with some changes brought to the plot of this film. Including not forgetting to copy a few key moments from the hit “Godzilla” Roland Emmerich.

Boundless Batman: Robots Against Mutants is far from a masterpiece or the best animated work on DC comics. However, a fairly light, pleasant and interesting animated film that easily recreates on the screen the picture and atmosphere of the old-good animated films of the 90s. Perhaps, and bribing when watching this tape.
