One view is not enough. The film You and Yours directed by Hong Sang-soo is something magical, attention-grabbing, for a pleasant editing of views on relationships. Everything is simple and simple, available on the surface of our capabilities. The idea of the film is that in a relationship, there are not necessarily promises that sooner or later, for various reasons, may not be fulfilled. There shouldn't be any. In a healthy relationship, there must be compromise, trust and mutual understanding. A loved one will never cause suffering if possible.
The atmosphere of this picture is quite familiar to every person, which is why it connects the viewer so much with what is shown on the screen. Anyone can identify with the main character or characters.
Play actors want or do not want to be better, it is up to you, and I am satisfied and does not cause suspicion of insincerity. At first glance, the scenario is simple, but as shown by the camera work, you can only enjoy it. There are no gaps or unclear, blurred structures in the script. The scenes are not long, although they are shot in one frame. One song for the whole film, which, now I will always associate with "You and Yours."
There are no age restrictions on viewing. But one view is not enough to fully enjoy this film the first time. It doesn’t mean you have to watch it a second or third time, it’s just my subjective opinion.
