The only reason why positionally "Trench in the ground" can still be considered an indie film is some conceptual decisions on the plot and image of the main character, otherwise in this film there is a full-fledged foundation of a TV project, in which neither directing nor history can reach the indicators of even inexpensive, but independent films.
Here the main character, working at the mill, takes off for the whole family - the father was put in prison long ago, and the younger brother constantly gets into trouble, so you often have to take it from the police. The main heroine is such a cute boy, which men are not particularly interested in, and also in the history of "Trenches in the ground" this topic is not discussed in the text, but shown in several episodes.
If this fact made the film incredibly original or independent, then personally I can see something is not at all. The picture is extremely boring and predictable, the main character begins her investigation when her brother is accused of murder. As if the foundation for something worth a good, but it stretches as if waiting for a long queue. Secondary heroes are also not noted with special interest, one can only guess for what such merits about this film even spoke.
Quite a passing film, usually such descriptions and posters promise uncompromising thrillers and stories, but not in the case of "Trench in the ground". So if you’re a fan of independent thrillers, this movie probably won’t live up to your expectations.
