Lady Blood Snow 2 And again with us beautiful, cold, strict, merciless, but fair Yuki, aka Lady Bloody Snow.
Of course, since this is a sequel, then you can not do without comparing with the original, and, most likely, if you read this review, you have already watched the first part, so first I will write how the second part differs from the first (and it is different).
First, and that immediately catches the eye - unlike the uncomplicated plot of the first part, in this we are waiting for a very confusing story with plot twists, development and disclosure of heroes, ambiguous actions, etc. A confused story is, of course, compared to the first part, where the whole story could be told in a nutshell, everything is not so simple.
Secondly, although the main role is played by the same beautiful Meiko Kaji, and the director remained the same, there are no such beautiful scenes as in the first part. I don't know how to explain it, but do you remember that beautiful scene where Yuki walked out in a bloody kimono into a snowy yard? There's no such thing. More and more realistic, and there is no snow at all. It's summer outside.
Third, there are more actors, which follows from a more complex scenario.
Fourth, suddenly, the film genre changed. If the first part was a dramatic action movie, then the sequel is rather a political thriller, with all the ensuing.
That's it. Yes, the film has become completely different in its content and plot, but this does not mean that it has become bad. No, it's still a great movie, it's still the same Yuki nicknamed Bloody Snow, all the same sword fights with a pile of blood, all the same doing great justice and protecting the deceived and offended. So, for all fans of the first part, watch! The character of Yuka reveals even wider, it is interesting to watch her, she did not lose her endless charm, so - a pleasant viewing.
