Possible Christmas or holiday at risk Directed by Ron Underwood since childhood, I remember his cult, fantastic film “Trembling of the Earth”. I love that movie, and I've watched it many times. "Heart and souls" also has a wonderful picture. Everyone else is a failure or something unfinished. The director went to the series and stayed there.
But in addition, he managed to release a few films about Santa Claus. 2006's Little Santa is a TV, Christmas fairy tale that I rated and gave it 5 out of 10. I'm very neutral about the film.
He was suspicious, and thought rightly, because he did not like it at all. In the second part, the minuses are more than pluses in many ways, and I will try to explain this.
Once again, we see Mary, the daughter of no one but Santa Claus. She lives and works in New York. The heroine is successful and has everything she wants. But again, her fabulous father has problems, and again Mary has to go to the magical place with the elves, where Santa Claus lives and prepares gifts for children. Here, Mary will again have to take up the case of her father and show who is in charge here.
There’s nothing more exciting in movies than replacing actors in a sequel. In the first part of the guy of the main character and Santa Claus himself, some actors played, in the second part completely different. It looks all at once not very, somehow immediately repulsive. That's a huge downside to continuing.
The role of Mary is played again by comedian Jenn McCarthy. She looks, as always, good, and again the viewer laughs with his sarcasm and humor. The mother of her heroine was played by the same actress, but the new story with a new villain in the face of a small elves turned out to be strange: it seems fun, but it seems not at all, and even stupid and unconvincing.
This second film left behind an empty feeling: nothing would have changed and no one would have been upset if it hadn’t. At first, you think that you will treat him neutrally, but after looking to the end, you realize that no, only negatively. The continuation is very weak and literally the story is sucked out of the finger.
Baby Santa 2 is a 2009 television comedy fantasy. This little-known, entertaining film does not laugh at all and does not give something pleasant and atmospheric in terms of Christmas, miracle and something funny. The film is really empty and unnecessary. I said no, I didn't like it.
