The story that will be shown to us in this film is typical. This is a very vanilla tale of how two teenagers from different social backgrounds meet each other and fall in love. The guy rides a motorcycle and leads not the most correct lifestyle and a girl from a rich family, which a personal driver takes to a private school. We have seen this before and it is not the first time.
In fact, I was a bit surprised when I found out that the movie came out in 2010. It seems to me that films with similar stories remained somewhere in the early two thousandth, when they were really popular.
The picture leaves a pleasant impression. Of course, the plot is banal and the development of events is easy to guess, and the problems (teenage, of course), which the film raises, voiced in the cinema thousands of times. The story is infinitely sweet, but, to give credit, the film is teetering on the edge, but does not slide into outright whimsiness. The main actors perfectly cope with their tasks for a film of this level and their characters really empathize.
Overall, I can say that I liked the film. He's light, unobtrusive and pleasant. The story is typical, but on the screen everything looks organic and therefore does not annoy at all with the inflated level of vanilla and sweetness.

The movie is very good. Everything I love is action more than empty words, very, very many beautiful scenes, good music, emotions, movement. From the film blows youth and sex.
Yes, the plot is quite standard, but I have watched so many films, so many dramas of different countries, different years, that I do not expect that the plot will be new or at least not beaten. This, in my opinion, is possible, if you shoot a black woman, there is even no need to fantasize, just look around. But if about love and youth, then yes, there will almost always be Romeo and Juliet in different variations, so now I rely exclusively on the presentation and play of actors, on situations and dialogue.
By the way, the dialogue in the film is not particularly, the characters throw banal here and there, but I hope the filmmakers did not claim originality in this regard, they are more for the atmosphere and feeling, and it turned out.
I liked that the film is dynamic, it is reflected in the musical accompaniment, and in the shooting, and in the actions of the characters. Very cool echoed and mixed scenes of racing and dance scenes when Achi comes to the holiday Babbi.
Heroes are cute, I'm not even appearance, but about the lifestyle, about their thoughts and feelings. Because purely outwardly they didn’t really come to me, not my type, but the figures are excellent, of course. Perhaps that is why the heroes were stripped where necessary, and where not necessary.

The most curious thing is how the creators justify this guy: it's not his fault, it's the psychological trauma to blame. Do you know how he got it? He was just offended by his mother, who dared to get a date.
Babi is a rich girl who goes to an expensive private school. She is being harassed, abused and abused by Ache. She was barely injured in a traffic accident. In front of her eyes, Ache beats her boyfriend, yes, the guy is not so good, but seems mentally stable. After all the events, Babi and Ache become passionate. Babi is the “good girl” who falls in love with the “bad boy.” But it is worth noting that she is not without dignity: in one of the final key scenes you will see this.
In my opinion, the authors of the film quite definitely show that you can steal, beat, spoil other people’s property, while remaining unpunished, especially if you have money and behind you is a powerful family that will solve all issues. Feature film ' Three meters above the sky' is a Spanish melodrama directed by Fernando Gonzalez Molina. I am not familiar with either Spanish melodramas or the director’s work, so this work will be evaluated abstracted from the features of the national Spanish cinema and the activities of the designated director.
To briefly describe the plot: the rebel rolls up to the quiet, they have a serious relationship and what it all leads to. Avoiding disclosing details, neither add nor add.
Analyzing various aspects of the picture, I personally noted two positive aspects: cinematography and music. Regarding the first, the film is pleasant to watch, it is easily perceived, you can say that you feel the warmth of Spain. Regarding the second, the soundtrack does not seem far-fetched, in all scenes it looks to the place. In terms of combining these two positive aspects of the picture, I want to note the scene on the beach, it is clichéd, but it works.
Of the negatives, what usually attracts good movies is the plot and the characters. Ache and Babi - the central characters of the picture, did not elicit any response, for me they were unempathetic, if I may put it that way. The first half of the film, the main male character behaves obsessively and not in the good sense of the word. And the explanation of his behavior does not pay off the previous part of the film, the movie did not look different. He does not stand up in his eyes, he remains an obsessive rebel who has achieved quietness. And in the key moments of the films, that is, at the beginning of the relationship and the culmination of the plot, the actions and thoughts of the characters seem to have come from nowhere. You wonder: ' Why did they think this way when it was like this before?' Even lazy thinking in the form of impulsivity and irrationality of the characters does not work.
In general, if someone recommends this film to watch, then, probably, provided that there is no alternative. I like to watch romance indiscriminately. And so, in my opinion, even the first part 'Twilight' in the context of romantic films looks better. I don’t want to say that the movie didn’t like it or caused a lot of discontent. It just doesn’t catch on for the most part, and it’s unlikely to want to reconsider.
It’s been 8 years and the film still leaves a lasting impression on the twenty-year-old girl I once was. Getting used to soapy American dramas about love, I do not want to even look for a real story about pure and bright. But this is not an amorous story - it is about life itself. This is how I see what can happen to anyone in reality. "Have you lived happily ever after?", who needs it in the 21st century? Cynical? Yes! This is what happens when the screen is turned off. The Spanish melodrama "Three meters above the level of the sky" makes the soul shake up and this very wounded soul root for the main characters.
Please, handsome protagonist, Acho (Mario Casas), who wouldn’t like a guy like that? So our little girl Babi (Maria Valverde) liked him. The story moves so fast that you can’t track it. At first it seems that he is just mocking a pretty schoolgirl and he does not like her, and then it is like trying to be good for her. In the maelstrom of events, you simply cannot choose whether to turn off the movie or continue yawning. Well, at the same time, your boyfriend won't choke on vanilla, 'cause there's a lot to see for him. What kind of passion do men have? Right! We will compete with yachts, wheelbarrows, girls, and... motorcycles! One more passion, please. Fernando Gonzalez Molina - the director of this action has prepared us exciting races. Little known to me personally, but no less talented director, I want to note. Clings everything. Title: What is it? What is three meters above the sky? You may find the answer by watching this movie.
There is a strong inner world of Ache, who is impulsive, violent and at the same time has reasons to be different. Something that makes him different from everyone else. But that doesn’t stop him from experiencing strong emotions that make people weak. Right? We all have our weaknesses. And often it's not us. People we love or are connected to. This is the turning point.
"It happens one day." You stand somewhere and realize that you don’t want to be like anyone around you. Not the bastard who just got beaten, not his father, not his brother, not anyone in his fucking family. Not a judge. Not even myself. And suddenly it happens. Something clicks. And you know things will change. It's changing. From now on, nothing will be the same.
What about the main character? She is said from another world to be from a wealthy family, but Hugo (his real name) was not from a simple family. That she's a good girl is yes. What are the good girls doing here? They fall in love with bad boys! Bingo!! But it wouldn't be that easy if it didn't allow her to grow up and change. And this is the very charm that draws us in, makes us wonder at the atypical ending, and smoothly pulls to the expectation of the second series, or rather the second part of the film "Three meters above the level of the sky: I want you." She has a sister. A strong conflict with her mother, who played the role of megera well, you do not know which side to be on here and where there is a line between feelings and common sense. Ahche has a best friend and his girlfriend. It all comes together well during the movie, and everyone becomes so close. What's important after watching? There are moments that are not forgotten. The second part is better, but without the first one, the character of the character would not be so clear, so those two hours of life in front of the screen were worth it.
I admit, after watching it, I realized that no film has ever caused such indignation. And it's not that it's a vanilla-sweet love story for girls ages 13-17. It is possible and even necessary to watch this film, observing the following conditions:
a) having your own ideas about what not to get involved in;
(b) if the viewer is a teenage girl, then it is advisable for her to watch the film with someone who could ask her the right leading questions, so that the girl extracts the right message from the film, not just a beautiful love story between a local bully and an excellent student from the right family.
And I have to say that at 15 years old, "Three meters..." would have made just the last impression on me. It is easy, of course, to speculate about this, when the youthful maximalism has already passed, and there is the notion that everything has consequences.
So, in my opinion, the film shows very well what happens when a girl lives in strictness under the close attention of her parents (in this case, her mother), and when she suddenly realizes that there is also the reverse side of life, adrenaline, risk, spontaneity, where not everything is as measured and debugged as in her environment. It is not surprising that a child in such conditions takes off the roof and he throws himself into all the dirt with his head. Probably everyone has such an example from life. And it's more of an illustration to parents that everything has to be in balance: both personal space and rigor with responsibility.
Another illustration, just for girls, is how the bad guys end up. Babi, however much she wanted freedom and adventure, is still used to a way of life where everything is safe, everything is abundant, everything is civilized. The world of Hache attracted her by its dissimilarity with her own world. But at the same time, she is not ready to live in it. It shows how easily rose-colored glasses beat. She saw Ache’s uncontrollable aggression, he put her life in danger many times, she saw the circles in which he communicated, the way of life he led, knew that he had problems with the law, and that they wanted to put him behind bars many times. The question is, if this doesn’t work for you, why did you choose such a person? But at 17, we all have the wind in our heads, and girls often think that with them their brutal macho will always be just a cute and fluffy romantic.
I didn't see any love from Babi. Her actions are a separate subject. The guy tries to kick out his friends who suddenly came to her house and made bedlam, and she accuses him of being guilty of everything. A friend died, and it was his fault again. Babi in her head created the image of a romantic from the big road, but this is the only thing that attracted her. But the reality, the way of life in which he cooked, she could not accept. And that made me hysterical. Ache accepted her for who she was. She doesn't. And it's right that she didn't like it. I do not believe in the plausibility of such couples - a bully from the street and the right A.D. They're all from different worlds. What can they talk about? What do they have in common? And just as I don’t believe that a notorious bully can completely change inside because he falls in love. There is a lot of improbability in the film. But even if you close your eyes to this, taking into account all the above features of Ache, such stories end either with the fact that a man raises his hand on a woman, or that somewhere he is beaten to death, or he is still imprisoned, or the death of races like Polo.
The film did not like the fact that the storyline was not developed, where Ache’s mother cheated on his father with another man. Cheated, Ache beat him half to death, after a while she and Ache cross paths. And? That's it. I don't know what's next.
I thought that it would be necessary to give a description of Ache, but even nothing to add. All described above. The only thing is that his love for Babi was stronger than her for him.

Barcelona, the ocean, the eternal sun. Maybe original heroes. However, identity can be disputed. The main character is macho in the best traditions of the romantic melodrama genre. Brutal, broad-shouldered, white-toothed. He also fights, races motorcycles. Well, it's every high school girl's dream. The heroine is not a classic beauty, but something in her is charming and tender.
My favorite thing is between us girls.
The story is not original. He's a bully, she's an excellent student. He's been through a lot of things for the first time. But there is something in this story that makes it different from others. This is probably not a fairy tale.
Hache and Babi are in love. His first love, his first true love. There are many "buts" - parents, teachers, not quite the right friends of Ache.
But all this is nonsense that is easy to cope with. But the difference of characters, youthful intransigence is much more difficult to overcome. And what didn’t matter at the beginning of a relationship becomes very important as it develops.
And the finale of the picture is non-trivial and very vital. For first love is as great as earth to heaven. And even higher. And that feeling will never be repeated. It's a shame.

I saw the movie yesterday. But I gave myself time to think about it. However, during the whole day my impression of the film did not improve. It happens that after a day you realize that there was something good in the film, something useful.
It is incomparably useful, and this can be listed:
1) We are taught that stupidity leads to bad. And that's good. I don’t know what would have happened if a film like this had taught the opposite.
2) Pictures, effects, actors – there are many beautiful landscapes. The effects are exciting.
Minuses will be more difficult to list:
This film tells about the love of two opposites: the daughter of rich parents and a poor (but rather not rich) guy. Which I should say right away. The moral heroine is a completely anti-moral character, although everything in the plot says that she is an angel and he is a demon. Someone once said to me: how did she fall for someone like him? It’s a strange question, because the heroine does nothing good. She can only “say” what is right, threaten, if it is not her, demand the impossible, say disgusting things to loved ones, abandon people in difficult times. To commit such terrible acts that in the real world would be considered baseness. In this film, this is considered normal. Besides, as a character who was originally spelled differently, she simply cannot say what she says, do what she does. Its actions contradict its own logic, and logic immediately contradicts its actions.
Well, it would be one time. But each moment will surprise you not by how unexpected it is. He will be angry because it is clear that this would be done only in a mental hospital, but they would have an explanation. How the main character behaves in moments of rage... I’m not sure he can walk down the street so easily. There are all degrees of unreasonable rabies, and at the same time suddenly meekness and cliché tenderness. Okay, you're crazy, you're a villain, I don't mind starring antagonists. But stick to your character. Why is adequacy replaced by inadequacy at similar moments, and everyone accepts it as the norm? And no, it's not like Damon in The Vampire Diaries, because whatever criticism that character gave in, he had a story, he had a path that led him to that state, and he didn't deviate from it, and if he tried to change for love, he still broke at some point. Here is just a cutting of bright moments that tried to combine in one character, but did it as if they made a monster in the movie “Frankinstein”. But the hardest part is that no one is even surprised. Everything is normal. But it can not be blamed on teenage attacks, since teenagers do not come "for either reason."
I don’t understand where this rating comes from. And no, I will dispel the doubts of those who thought, "Well, maybe this shows the love of villains." There are quite interesting examples of love villains, and there everything is done without abrupt reactions. Here the heroes seem to live in one moment. The next day, they don’t remember who they were. They don't have any principles. The heroine reproaches the hero with intemperance, but when it comes to her, there were no moral principles.
And yet somehow all these illogical heroine repelled not as much as replaying the anger of the main character. And replayed them, by no means an actor, the actor played, as I thought, well. Outplayed their screenwriters, who, apparently, tried to make an assessment of emotionality and then when the hero and not to move, he yelled and kicked, and almost steam from the ears did not go. In fact, this behavior is not explained. The only hero that I think could elicit sympathy is the brother of the protagonist, but he is not the main character. Perhaps that is why it did not have time to “adjust to the general plot of the new world”.
In general, if you are a sophisticated film lover, if you have a rating bar of seven, then I warn you against watching this film. Its rating is undeservedly overstated, and you will not only feel disappointed, but also deceived.
If you do not care what to watch, and most importantly, give about love and adventure and relationships, I do not recommend either. You have to watch the good stuff. This film will not leave pleasant impressions, will not give pleasure, because there are constantly romantic moments interspersed with moments that illogically destroy all possible charm. So feel free to skip it and don’t even think about it.
About how I feel: disappointment. I was going to watch this movie for years. I recently came across him, looked at the rating, was happy, thought it would be a pleasant evening. But no, and I don't understand how a movie could have killed the mood like that. Even when the quarter passed, I wanted to quit, but out of respect for the one who asked to watch, I continued watching. At the end it was angry and... well, yeah, the end made me happy. So if you decide to watch, check.
In the heap of platitudes of the plot about the “lady and the hooligan”, fenced up due to the weak script and direction, the simple but rather dramatic story of the main character – a good and not stupid guy who got lost on the crooked path of teenage rejection of his own family troubles – drowned.
There also went the controversial and seemingly promising story of the passion between a hot, attractive jackass and a good right girl with strong passions and character.
And all the more surprising that with all the initially available components of a decent melodrama, coupled with attractive actors and several exciting moments in the set, not only the semantic component of the film was killed, but the promised sexual tension of the story looked dull and sluggish.
Nevertheless, the film does not cause a sharp negative, and in some places it is pleasant, especially if someone is close to this model of youthful passions.
I do not recommend watching young girls with a weak psyche.
I watched the film for the first time as a teenager. Of course, the annotation itself was attracted to the film about “big love”, which arises between the main characters from “different worlds”. But when you watch the film, you understand that the worlds of the main characters are not at all different, only the perception of this very world and their behavior are different. Babi comes from a wealthy family, she knows what she wants. Ache is also from a wealthy family, but leads a parasitic lifestyle of a kind of marginal.
When you are young and so want feelings, love, drive and extreme, you fall for the bait of the director, who set the main task to drag young and fragile minds to this film. At the same time, he collected all the clichés that can only be collected in a youth film about love. This, as I wrote earlier, the main characters are a “good” girl and a “bad” boy who, thanks to her, allegedly changes for the better (although I never saw it), motorcycle racing, fights and unearthly love that arises against the background of all these charms of the main characters of the film. To all this is added the strict mother of the heroine, who is against the relationship of her daughter with the gangster Ache, as well as the best friends of the main characters, between whom feelings also flare up. The whole essence of the film is described in two sentences. But what will take viewers from watching this “masterpiece”? Just that crazy love happens once in a lifetime? “Never again will you rise three feet above the sky?” And after all, girls are led to such statements, having watched such films about love and thinking that everything that is shown in this movie is the norm.
Actors. Mario Casas did not get used to the role badly, if he was tasked with showing the image of a mentally unstable bandit with a vulnerable heart on the screen. As well as Maria Valverde, whose heroine sometimes infuriates with her hysteria and stupidity.
Here you can highlight the beautiful landscapes and the city where the filming took place. A beautiful picture will not leave anyone indifferent.

I understand that the film was shot based on the book, so the director tried to show the development of the plot and the relationships of the main characters as close as possible to the text. I just watched "Three meters above the sky." He was so praised by all my friends, and even some male faces almost sang praises to this film. But alas... I didn't get any inspiration from this tape. There are pictures, the plot of which is not fascinating, but there is something in them that catches at first sight and for which you look at them from beginning to end. Whether it's music, cinematography, nature, the environment, after all. And here I was not hooked by nothing, not even the universal favorite Kasas with his naked torso and hooligan manners. Maybe I'm behind on life, you ask. Maybe she's grown up. I don't know.
The plot is beaten to shame. A rich, intelligent, mannered girl becomes the object of love and passion of an ordinary guy with hooligan manners and aggressive behavior. Of course, for her, this love is the first and, as she believes, the last, and this is what brings the imaginary romance to the plot. It is a pleasure to remember your first love. But the way in which the hero conquered and subsequently courted the heroine, I do not consider romantic at all. And that, too, was a shocking experience for me. Plus family squabbles that carry absolutely no semantic load... And the whole story stretches without much splash. In general, from films with a similar plot that I have seen, this is perhaps the most uninteresting. And the ending didn't suit me. Namely the reason for the breakup. At first, it means that she loved him as he is, and then suddenly it ceased to suit her. Strange young lady.
Actors. None of them caused me not only delight, but even the slightest sympathy. Not because I don't like Mario Casas or Maria Valverde, but because they played at average level. I did not see a single feeling in their eyes, even though many tears were shed. As if this is not their first love, but something passing, fleeting, one-time.
Of course, the movie can be seen. Well, not to seem like a white crow among the crowd of fans of the picture. But nothing more. By the way, I still liked the moment. These are the little Hache monologues at the end. Where he explains to himself why it happened as it happened. This is the only reasonable reasoning.
I don’t even know why... whether the romance is not the same, or the characters are some fictional. After all, in the totality of all the main qualities of GG (the main character) is represented by everything that in reality should not be in a serious person - an ordinary infantile teenager. But for some reason women like it. But Pride and Prejudice, the film in which there was not 1 kiss, true romance filled with experiences, feelings and deeds, did not cause much delight.
For the film, the music is good. GG is handsome and it's hard to argue with that. That's the end of the pluses. Although it can be said that the stories are beautiful and the title of the film. The rest is zero. The acting game is full of tantrums and rudeness. There's no plot. I haven’t seen the most romantic.
Spanish remake of an Italian film shot in an American style
Evil tongues say: "The same "Twilight", only about the living", "snotty woman's fairy tale", but true fans of "youth melodramas" appreciated this film, noting in it the story of true love - maybe not as ideal as in "Titanic", but which took much of the time and has undergone all sorts of obstacles in the face of a strict mother of a girl from an intelligent family. And also in the film you can note a beautiful setting, consisting of the most beautiful, sometimes glamorous scenery, extreme scenes, which brighten up the romantic melodrama, making it suitable for viewing not only lovers of melodramas, but generally connoisseurs of quality cinema.
The most laudable for the director of this film is that he took the script previously implemented by the Italians, implemented ineptly and disgustingly in the low-grade film "Three meters above the sky" in 2004, and did not see that only 6 years have passed, they say, it is too early for a remake. The director took on the main roles of actors of attractive appearance, in particular Mario Casas, from whom many girls are crazy, and made his hero a kind of super-macho, who persistently achieves the one he fell in love, deciding on madness that will initially anger a girl named Babi, but then, as you can guess, these opposites will attract, and Ache will become her hero, for whom you can and to the end of the world. He leads an active life as an athlete, she studies with her mother's money, and they would not be destined to be together because they are from different worlds. But they will do anything to meet and be three meters above the sky with happiness. The only drawback of the film, which lies in the flaw of the main character, is his cool temper, sometimes violent behavior, when he can, for a slight reason, "drawn" someone, but he does it exclusively for the sake of his beloved girl! He rushes to extremes, to the point of threatening the teacher Babi to give his girlfriend a high grade on the exam. All this is complete madness, which is emphasized by the extreme scenes, and one can only guess how the story of the “gopnik” and “ladies” will end. This story looks almost in one breath, which contributes to the chic shooting in American style. Here is a youth super hit, which earned its popularity, as well as successfully continued two years later. A true youth melodrama, not just for girls. As a lover of all genres of cinema, I highly appreciated this film. When viewing, you get aesthetic pleasure. Not to mention the original Italian.
The love of Spanish cinema did not leave me indifferent, could not pass by. There was no desire to look on principle when the fashion for him arose. But after a while, our paths crossed and this is one of our favorite movies!

What is the story of Katrina and Pollo or Pollo and Ache, and of course the main one is Ache and Babbi. There is a full set, a whole bunch of feelings and experiences.
I discovered the actors for the first time. The taste and color, but they are very nice to me, it is pleasant to watch, listen, worry. So vivid emotions and an exciting story that looks in one breath.
“Sooner or later there comes a time when your paths diverge.” Everyone chooses their own path, thinking that one day they will meet again. But over time, they get further and further. At first, you think it's normal: "You're made for each other, because sooner or later everything will come back." However, that is not happening. Winter is coming instead.
That's where we found ourselves, isn't it? Everyone rolled a lump to the throat and gritted their teeth. This is the truth that sooner or later catches up with everyone, each of us has gone through this, stepped over himself, suffered for days, weeks or years. This is where you can succumb to emotions, go into nostalgia, worry, but do not forget to live on.
Everything in life happens only once. And no matter how hard you try to never feel the same way again. You'll never climb three meters above the sky again.
The only thing I didn’t like about the story was Babbi’s act when a tragedy happened to Ache’s best friend. What kind of person would abandon their soul mate in such a fateful moment? It didn't look very plausible, but maybe it's just my opinion.
The film is good for revelations, for the accompanying emotional mood, for the sincere experiences of the viewer and impossible dreams. A fairy tale without a good ending is what matters. I often review the picture and again and again I find something new for myself, I am inspired and experience a storm of feelings. I always recommend it!

We were, will be or are now 17 years old. And at this age, we are all emotional, stupid, intemperate and think that our whole life is full of light unflinching fun. Movies where the main characters are teenagers, I do not reject, sometimes it is interesting to remember some special moments at that age or to see how others had.
Everything was not so bad at first, until the characters began to create hypertrophied nonsense. Many will say: this happens in life, and I agree, only in everything should be felt the background.
So, our couple, Ache and Babi, met, made each other and decided to be together.
But he is an unbalanced psychopath, and our heroine dared not jokingly (another girl would run from this crazy person, losing her slippers from fear), and also decided that their love will definitely change him. But it was not here, the hero is completely inadequate, and each of his actions confirms this more and more. I understand that the director deliberately projected such extreme emotionality to make the ending of the film look less strained, but I don’t know how to take this move seriously. The script is cracking at the seams, and they are still trying to patch it up and these “trays” do not even have to look for a long time.
The main character, Hugo Olivero, has a “childish” trauma and is trying to replace his name with another. I’m proud to have cleaned that bastard’s face. Sorry, but our baby is not 5 years old or even 15, so I do not believe in this kind of tragedy. And the bastard in this situation is only Ugo.
The guy is trying to solve all the problems with his fists and is still not behind bars. How long did the fabulous love of Hugo-Ache and Babi last? A week? A month? And during this time, Ache spoiled, smashed countless things, beat up many people and never considered himself guilty.
Babi is offended and threatens to break up at every opportunity, but what did she think when she struck up a relationship with him? Have you seen him? And then he wonders that he doesn't want to and can't change. He does not consider his actions to be wrong. Rough, scumbag and totally immoral type. This type has absolutely no love, and in the fact that he began to feel such feelings for the “good girl”. Babi I don't believe.
Amazing behavior of Babi's parents. She lies to her mother and father, who seems to be on her side. The father, for some reason understandable only to him and the screenwriter, encourages her relationship with Ache, and the mother is too graphically opposed, then calmly watches her daughter get on a motorcycle next to this type.
It seems to me that if it was not so “unconventional” for such a level of melodrama ending and the hero was not so beautiful, no one would call this film so amazing. Still, it is easy to “briber” the modern audience with tearful stories with the “super handsome” in the title role.
The pseudo-intelligent philosophical phrases at the beginning and end of the film got really pissed off. Stupid and fake.
If my opinion is neutral, then I probably like it. Yes, of course. The actors are young, beautiful and hot. A hero is a typical dream of the entire female sex. I have a cooler attitude to sexually pumped macho than some of the fair sex, but his appearance is model. The heroine is all so sophisticated, cute on the outside, a young girl. I really liked the actress who played her friend. Pretty and sincere, I believed her. Beautiful and bright scenery and landscapes. The musical accompaniment is not bad, especially near the end. Stylish clothes and appearance of the actors. Sensual scenes. For a stage in a nightclub, you can throw a whole point.
Unfortunately, I probably didn’t like the movie. There is nothing terrible about it, of course, but it is simply ridiculous to call this creation stunning. Most likely, the trouble is that I always look for logic where it may not be, but I can’t watch a movie with an ill-conceived, fashioned script, ragged, inconsistent plot and treat it with pleasure.
By the way, they say that this is a film for girls aged 13-16, and I learned about it from the mouth of a woman aged 35, she advised everyone to watch her favorite film “3 meters above sky level”.

A fairy tale that was translated into reality in the form of a film instead of a cartoon. In my opinion, only the most callous person can not cry in this picture - it is so full of emotions and events.

What can make a person who is not suitable for the target audience, this film? Probably a shower outside the window, endless autumn, a desire to look again at the city, to which you want to return again. Perhaps curiosity: what attracts 16-20-year-olds now, remembering that at this age I had in my favorites were (and still are) tapes of a completely different plan, for example, “On the Needle”.
Plot... There is no plot per se. The film is based on the book, but as noted here, consists of solid torn scenes and incoherent flashbacks from the past of Ache. Heroes are impulsive, their actions often cause confusion. It is immediately clear that they “did not grow” to the feelings that seized them, it seems that suffering takes place, but have a touch of some superficiality and unnaturalness.
Getting adrenaline by racing evokes the ironic smile of a person living in a completely different country and in other conditions where adrenaline is already enough.
By the way, those who wrote about the shortcomings of the actress Maria Valverde’s appearance most likely have never been to Spain and to Catalonia in particular, otherwise they would know that she is very typical for a resident of those places.
And yet the beautiful views of the city from the observation deck are good. And action, though torn, still prevails over tears, although tears could be smaller.

But in guys like the hero Mario, there is also one big drawback - this type does not change. It's like drinking. Bad boy is cool! But believe me, when you are not afraid for yourself, but for anyone who looks at you in the wrong way and risks his life for it, it is not cool at all. Anyone who survived will understand. In the “badness” that we love so much, there must also be a limit.

The whole film bothered me just inadequate behavior of the main character. His aggression, his stupid, animal aggression, that’s the one thing I didn’t come to terms with at the end of the film. Trying to justify the existence of this fact, she attributed it to hot Spanish blood, and the phrase constantly knocked in her head that only a Spaniard can understand this.
Actually, the film attracted the title. I wanted to see how the Spaniards portray a story that carries a sense of happiness that lifts you three meters above the sky. Pretentious. I don’t know much about Spanish cinema. I was hoping to see something original. I just want to ask, what is romance? In the words "first and last"? In the picture? I bet it's beautiful. The actor for the main role was selected appropriate. But otherwise, I'm sorry. The guy fell for the girl and after the next meeting (not a date) goes to sleep with another with a scarf of his new (!) passion on his hand. Great. That's really an animal. And the next day she says she's not cheating. It's just that, and she doesn't need to know, by the evening, he's finally decided to change his focus, and it matters, not what it was a few hours earlier. Although it would be nothing, if he had not already fallen for her and had not had a couple of meetings, though fleeting, though not personal. Take all the past in a moment, for her, it's strong. And so... At first, he is somewhat attracted as he tries to knock off the arrogance with a rich pye girl. But then it's humiliation. You can not treat a girl that is seriously fond of, thoughts about which do not give rest. You can't.
In general, there were many unpleasant moments. I didn't like the kids lying all the time. Transitional age? Come on. There is a complete disorder among young people. When they catch up with the couple’s car on their motorcycles and start... it’s creepy. It's a bit too much. I don't believe there's anything decent behind recklessness. And Achi, how old is he? His transitional age is long gone. Then what is it? And it's all in a beautiful wrapper. The actions of the main character do not fit into the framework of common sense. The case of a dog is a complete finish, as if he were a feeble-minded man. But I liked her reaction to it. But the most atas was on the eighteenth anniversary of the main character. It seemed to realize everything, dressed up, and... misfire! By the way, did he really buy the house or for a red word?
But don’t blame the filmmakers for everything. As it turns out, it's based on a book. All claims must be addressed to the author. And if you liked the book, it is not excluded that the film will taste, the picture meets Hollywood standards.

We talked about this movie a lot, but I only bothered to watch it 5 years later. The attitude was initially skeptical, and, it turned out, for good reason. The expectations were met.
Someone here said that this movie smelled of Bollywood - this is true, because boulevard and kitsch - in its pure form. Even the notorious “Twilight” on his background look much cleaner and nobler in terms of directorial work, script and acting.
In the first minutes of the film, a hero appears with a flickering macho smile. And it looks very cliche and dull, as well as his fights and pull-ups on his hands. Just a full set of integral props of the image of a cool guy (oh, this syndrome of coolness).
The behavior of the hero in places just scares me, he looks like a psycho, all these attempts to kick and hit objects with a grimass on his face - in fits of rage or pain. By the way, in the film there are two almost identical scenes in which Babi (well, what a name, oh gods!) unknown for some reason tries to calm him down, attaching himself to him from behind - looks like he wants to climb on his back and saddle. Why she's doing this, I don't know, let the guy catch his breath, get emotional and come to his senses. Apparently, the director tried to show in this way that the girl is trying to console him, but, imho, the scenes are ridiculous, and this is another gross directorial blunder.
As for his “irrepressible temperament”, expressed in the constant desire to get into fights, even if he looks like a complete idiot at the same time, I think that this is again the director’s joint. Most of the scenes of the film as a whole are pulled by the ears and sucked out of the finger.
The line with the mother of the hero looks very blurry and unconvincing, the viewer so to the window and does not understand what happened. One of the high-quality techniques in composing the image of the protagonist often uses a chip with his dark and tragic past, which left an indelible seal in his soul and is designed to give the hero a light flair of dark charm.
But in fact, everything looked very stupid and primitive.
The way Babi dumped her friend when she was shitty is not an excuse at all. I am deeply convinced that to show Babi as a bad friend was not part of the director’s goals, but rather, he just wanted to demonstrate that Babi simply decided to part once and for all with everything that caused her a lot. With a life she finds wrong and destructive.
In general, the image of Babi is not sustained. She then behaves like an underwear and clean, then without any embarrassment jumps in front of Achi in underwear. No, I’m not saying that she had to play the matron from the boarding house of noble girls to the victorious, just the director rushed to take the relationship of young people to a new level, and it came out somehow crumpled. If I were in Achi’s place, and the situation was real, I’d think, “Another cheap girl who just acts like a decency.”
As a virtue, I can say that Mario Casas quite convincingly plays out the pain and suffering. I also liked how they fell into a pool like a sky with clouds - one of the best scenes of the film.
The relationship of teenagers in general looks, I would say, quite typical and even vital. Their relationship is based on a hormonal storm and youthful hypersexuality, not burdened with anything deeper than petting and other consequences of a pleasant pastime of two young and hot bodies. The quarrels are also quite vital - everywhere youthful maximalism and unwillingness to understand each other (especially on the part of Babi, with her tantrums and resentments out of nowhere). Although, I suspect, the director wanted, and even out of his way, to idealize and ennoble everything, he just did not have enough brains or talent for this.
And so everything turned out as it turned out - clumsy and flat.
The bold, self-confident and desperate protagonist falls in love not only with the main character - but also with all the ladies sitting at the screen. How could it be otherwise? You’ll forget about popcorn for the next 2 hours.
A slightly banal story about the first love of two who were not destined to meet because they are from different worlds, but nevertheless the story is beautiful. When you don't think, "Hmm, how did they play here, and this is from the first take or from the 10th?" When you just believe them, who created a work called “Cinema” with a capital letter!
Magnificent landscapes, beautiful sunsets and dawns. Yes, sometimes it's played and you realize it's a movie! But who knows, maybe in the most beautiful Spain everything is really like a fairy tale when you are in love.
Not every movie has an aftertaste. Most pass by, about some you can only say - "Pity wasted time" or "Nothing remembered." But not this one. After the “Diary of Memory” I want to cry from happiness and bitterness at the same time, but here I am. Such a bright feeling of unbearable longing and injustice. Because you are used to and want to believe in a fairy tale that since they were created for each other, they should be together. But again, it's a bright feeling. When you want to say, “I have no regrets.” I am happy that it was in my life.” Sorry about the main characters...

“Three meters above the sky” is one of those films that can cause approval or denial, some they give positive emotions and a sea of feelings that you can plunge into, others cause completely negative emotions, but few leave indifferent.
The first love story, it should not be watched, it should be felt and only then you can understand the film and penetrate into it, being in the center of all the dramatic moments.
Some of the impulses of the characters I could not understand, but show me at least one person in love who always acts correctly, it is like intoxication, we very often commit actions and say words that we later regret, childhood love is so rich in stupidity.
Very beautiful actors performed the main roles – Mario Casas and Maria Valverde played great, maybe not always they were successful, but it was clear that they tried very hard. I was also hooked by the performance of Christina Plasas, Babi’s mother in the film, she herself seemed to me a very charming actress.
I was impressed with the shooting of some moments, the cameraman did his best, there were really very breathtaking shots.
A drama film about the first love, about the first joys and difficulties. Of course, this picture in itself contains some negative moments, somewhere illogical, somewhere stupid, but the film as a whole, perhaps thanks to charming actors, perhaps memorable phrases and beautiful moments, can cause emotions and be remembered for a long time.

I watched this film on the insistent recommendation of a friend from a foreign language course. “That was the greatest romantic film I’ve ever seen.” Naturally, my expectations were overstated for this reason.
"Three meters above sky level" carries a certain semantic load, if you look at the storyline. It would seem that we do not know about the age of adolescence crisis, when they want independence, self-affirmation and independence and much more with a bit of “self-”, when in front of them there are thousands of things that they are eager to try. But in the film, as in one of the songs of the soundtrack, the idea slips that everything can be done many times, but most of all, the very first one is remembered. The idea is not new, even Salinger wrote about it in his famous work “The Catcher in the Rye”. And this is what the romantic line is built on, otherwise we do not see anything that we have not seen in other consumer films for teenagers: a rush of emotions, a rush of desires and other things that young people dream about.
The main character for me at first is very crazy, even to some extent - a problematic young man, undergoes a period of "rage of adolescence", but with the development of the plot it turns out that he is such a "tomb" with a deep mental organization, in the end even a little empathize with him.
The main character is absolutely template, does not carry absolutely nothing supernatural that could be remembered.
Now about the pros and cons. The music did not impress, the acting work at zero, except, perhaps, the main character. The script is raw, but if you want and accentuate the characters of the main characters can be good. A certain psychologicalism is present at the end of the film, which is a good director's move, because the viewer will remember it if he watches to the end.
Summary. Absolutely template film. Rare pros allow you to put a neutral assessment, but the general teenage “content” does not allow you to say that I am even neutral.
I love movies like that. Movies that make you feel better. Such stories can touch to tears, can convey the emotions experienced by the main characters. This movie has everything that is so catastrophically lacking in real life – real friends, true love, drama and adrenaline. You yourself want to try on the image of this hero of discos and parties, the hero of motorcycle racing and just a guy with hot Spanish blood, or at least just be in his company and have a full show.
I am sure that the image of Achi definitely became the image of many female fantasies and dreams, who would like to see in their guys the same character, the same traits.
The film is ideal for dates on two because according to film critics it is the best adapted to the modern script about a typical love story. She is a rich Spaniard he is a simple robber, her parents forbid her to date him, as a result they fall in love passes the romantic middle of the film, but fate did not judge them to be together.
It's a great movie to watch.
