Artificially created voltage This film is the case when the director tries to artificially create a drama and all the events in the film look like they were pulled by the ears, but about everything in order.
There is a strong earthquake that causes a tsunami going towards California. Along with it, it carries prehistoric goblin sharks (such a shark really exists, but the filmmakers decided to call it prehistoric and increase in size). Well, the rescuer, along with his friends, must save the vacationers. That’s basically the whole story.
Honestly, the plot is very weak, it is not interesting and boring to watch, somehow everything is too read and looks not realistic, well, what other goblin sharks and what eating houses (this is also in the film). I will tell the directors a secret: a person is afraid of what comes closest to reality. And yes, these are not prehistoric sharks. We could lower the degree of fiction and it would be a cool movie. Because in theory, there could be a shark tsunami. But it was necessary to implement everything differently, and not as David Lister did.
I have nothing to say about the actors, who are these people? I don't know 1 of them and judging by their acting in this film, it's no surprise. They do not cause any emotions and, in principle, the viewer does not care about their fate.
Graphics also leaves much to be desired, basking sharks look unnatural, there is a sense of falsehood that spoils the viewer’s immersion in this film. What if you don’t believe what’s happening on the screen?
Honestly, I don’t know how this movie works. I didn’t like it, if I was a director, I would have remade the plot and recruited completely different actors, they should be bright, charismatic, attract the viewer and cause emotions – here I didn’t see it all.
