He came here not for the righteous, but for the sinners. Oh, amazing emotions! I just got through this movie with all my heart! Insanely grateful to Igor Korneev for the thought that is embedded in the “Human hostage story”. However, let’s be clear in order...
The beginning is a little weak: I don’t really believe the actors, and I already wonder why I suddenly drew to see this film? What is it about it?, because the plot seems boring and drawn-out.
Then, apparently, everyone is slowly getting used to the image, and everything goes like butter. And the acting is wonderful, and the plot is interesting, and the end is not easy. A few tears fell down my cheek.
I’m not going to tell you any scenes that stuck in my soul, just to sum up: a strong ending, and a film with a deep meaning! After what you see, you can still sit a little alone, dig into your thoughts and try on the roles of the heroes for yourself. Of course, a lot of flaws in the plot, in the production, but this is not the main thing. And most importantly, what the creators of this film wanted to say!
By the way, there are scenes that are not included in the official version (by 25 minutes). In general, almost nothing valuable, but one scene is really a pity: where the characters of the film, three criminals, talk about God, and Jora is suddenly healed! Perhaps someone thought it was a propaganda of Christianity. Well, that's what happens...
The film itself is based on the idea of forgiveness. For some reason, the story of the prodigal son immediately surfaced in memory. I wonder if that's the only one I have.
I’m not going to get out of here... there’s no way out!
- There's a way out, you just can't see it. Because you can’t see it, you have to believe it. On the way here I saw a very strange situation. The dog ran into the road and only miraculously did not get under the wheels. I stood and watched as she rushed in all directions, but everything flashed around her, the signals were heard. It was a total mess and she couldn’t get out of it. At one point, I just experienced how she felt. It was a terrible animal fear. All around the noise, flickering wheels and doom... complete doom. And no way out, no way out! I saw from the outside that there was a way out, but she didn't see it. Only flashing cars, dirt and fear... and no hope! You have no hope now because you have lived the wrong hope all your life.
